We also appreciated the quick responses to our questions. The infinity pool was an absolute highlight, and the overall atmosphere was just perfect. NetherlandsWe've checked in for one night but the atmosphere and hotel itself surprised us so much that weve extended our stay twice in total of 5 days. Rooms are super clean and modern (not very big but we'll organized and comfortable). All area around the hotel is very clean and Cosy (from restaurant to pool and the ways between the areas). We were served daily with delicious breakfast (included in the price). Staff is very friendly, helpful and make sure that you're relaxed as much as possible. The hotel is taken care of with the smallest, elegant details (nice shower gel which are really foamy :), great sponges, soaps which doesn't dehydrate your skin, great working equipment, comfortable bed on which we slept amazing, good working airco, nice pool with small Jacuzzi, own parking area, close to the city center but you still need to use a car if you don't like walking too much :), sponges on the sunbeds are super comfy and amount of beds let you always find your spot :). Bar by the pool serve nice cocktails (additional price) but they will surely make you happy with any your request. Entertainment manager Metin is making really good job with giving all necessary informations and advises regarding spending the day or night in the nearby areas, great small talks during the day - people love it :)
We can't complain about anything and we will surely come back to Ada Port :)

Before our stay at Carruba hotel we have stayed at Mandalina suites for 3 nights for the same price, but I can tell you that Carruba hotel definitely beats the other hotel on all aspects, like cleanliness/hygiene, hospitality, food and atmosphere. 10/10 for the team working at Carruba hotel. We will definitely come back here if we happen to be in Kas again.
Here is what I really liked:
-The communication before we arrived was already very good. Tuba got in touch with me to ask our estimated time of arrival (and checked-in whether we had other questions), so she could manage everything properly.
We arrived a bit early that day, but we could check-in right away, they did not make us wait. The pictures you see on booking.com is exactly what you get, I really liked that.
-There are enough parking spots in front of the hotel (on the street. The hotel doesn’t have their own parking spots, but as there are more than enough spots on the street that was fine).
-The moment we entered the hotel Irem welcomed us with a smile and gave us all the necessary information. She even sent a list of recommended places to go to (from restaurants to beaches). She really took the time to chat with us.
We had a really nice chat with her, her mom and dad. They run the hotel together, but you can’t tell the difference between them and the other staff. Very hard working and kind people, kudos to them all!
When entering the hotel it feels very fresh and it makes you feel welcome. I forgot to take pictures, but the interior design was very nice. Minimalistic with some hanging plants and cute and clean benches.
-Our room was very clean (from beds to the bathroom/shower) and spacious. The air conditioning was working well and we had a nice balcony.
-The breakfast was amazing. It’s self-service (as you usually get in hotels) with a big variety.

NetherlandsOne of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff is great and super helpful. The owner of the hotel is very attentive and lovely to chat with. The breakfast is the best i have ever had in a hotel, with fresh fruits and veggies from the garden, fresh baked pastries and more! Dinner was very good as well, and they do not overcharge you (like most of the hotels do). Rooms are very good with amazing view.

We were allocated our guest assistant for the duration of our stay Sabrina and also a dedicated WhatsApp group that Sabrina and Aziz were on and available to deal with our requests all the way. The reception staff Nur and Iryna were also polite and welcoming. Food was really good, different variety, and fresh and good healthy meals available for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We only ate in buffet and bistro. All. Dining staff were at our service, taking our plates and bringing drinks. The swimming pools were big and clean. So many pools. We also had pool access to our duplex room. The spa smelt so nice and was relaxing. We had a Turkish Hamamm bath and massage. Ildar at the spa attended to us and gave us good package deal. Sophia and her team were also polite and welcoming. We had Cetim and Kasim as our bath and massage team and they did a fantastic job. We left feeling very refreshed and body clean and relaxed. Alanya is beautiful. Cleopatra Beach is beautiful with its nice waves and warm water. It is safe and affordable. Here are some travel tips: For dinner go to Cafe Local, and small family own spots. Don’t go to the big restaurants they cost too much, and the food isn’t all that great. I was disappointed. For excursions, go to Suluada Island, go to the 3 in 1 Sapadere water falls and cave trip. The water fights were surprisingly fun, also spend a morning riding the teleferik to the castle. Best of all, spend as much time as possible at Cleopatra Beach. Getting around Alanya was easy. Kas is a great base for exploring the area and either living extravagantly or on a budget. Lots of active options - sailing, kayaking, hiking, canyoning, etc, but also beaches. SCUBA diving for the Med is good - lots of wrecks and come interesting geography -, but no coral and limited fish. There are a wide range of restaurants. However I found the Turkish restaurant menus almost identical. If you stay in the city, walking is easy and efficient. Parking is horrible and public transportation virtually non-existent. 5th time in Side. Much quieter this year and prices definitely increasing. It’s dominated by all inclusive hotels, so the beaches are packed during the day but the main walkway to the old town is pretty quiet. Restaurant choices good but everywhere seems to charge a standard price for food, no matter the type of restaurant, Lots of shopping, local goods and of course fakes. We never made it to the town centre as we were on a short break. Land of Legends is what most people come for. Our Grandchildren loved the park. The shopping centre is first class with a huge range of shops to choose from. There are some excellent restaurants, with prices to suit most budgets. The negatives for me was that it is very touristy (me being one of them), and that the beautiful beach is littered with cigarettes. Lots of places to eat, fresh juices, nice cafes. Kalkan is a kind of Hidden Gem. There are countless taste stops. There are miscellaneous hotels and pensions to suit every budget. İt is possible to reach from anywhere with various means. Kalkan has a wonderful and clean sea. There are daily boat tours to the surrounding bays and beaches. Very affordable shopping at the weekly local bazaar on Thursdays.
