A nice hotel in a great location to explore the Alishan mountain ranges. The room was clean and comfortable, with an electric blanket, which is very nice! The Internet was stable, and the rooms were soundproof. The hot water got fast quickly and there was access to boiling water and drinking water. ALISHAN is amazing and I would 100% recommend visiting! This hotel is close to the park entrance and also to the first railway station, and the shops and restaurants, it came with a breakfast buffet voucher which was delicious!

A massive room with great view; Beautiful building; Breakfast was great and you can also have dinner there if you request it ahead which was amazing. Gorgeous and quiet atmosphere. Very friendly host.

We had an excellent stay at the Leisurely Inn in Shizhuo! The hosts were incredibly welcoming – they invited us to a tea tasting, showed us their beautiful tea plantation, and even drove us to a nearby restaurant since we were traveling by public transport. The accommodation was very modern, spacious, and spotlessly clean, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. They also provided plenty of snacks and generously shared their delicious tea with us. It was a truly warm and memorable experience – we would love to come back!

We were so touched by their kindness and hospitality. I miss this home stay so much already! It’s probably best if you have a car to get here and enjoy some of the sights around the area. However, the host was able to arrange us to have a driver in a shared van. She arranged dinners and transportation both evenings! Everyone was so generous and kind. ❤️ The host offered us tea at every chance she got. She shared her Tsou culture and language. Her neighbours all have tea or coffee for sale. Make sure to ask about it! The host also gave us frank advice about the various attractions nearby. I think we would have done better to listen to her. This was the best sleep I got on the trip. That is a very firm bed. No AC, just a fresh breeze. I slept a solid 11 hrs and fully recovered from jet lag. Absolute highlight of our trip to Taiwan. We would go back in a heartbeat.

There were a very comfy sofa at the living room. I having chit chat with my Family for whole night. For my room there are able to watch sunrise for little sight but of course not the whole sun. Pretty surprise for us to staying there. And the owner was very kind, explain everything to us and suggested us some local stall and tips for alishan.
