Excellent service and super friendly staff. Location of the hotel is perfect, which is less than 10 minutes walk from the train station. We very much enjoyed the rooftop outdoor pool. Will definitely visit again if we ever go back to Tainan.

We loved the styling of the room and the modern bathroom. The breakfast buffet is lavish and excellent. The free to use washing and drying machines were very convenient, too. The location is excellent. Not far from the regular train station and a great starting point for exploring Tainan!

    From entering the hotel, the experience was fantastic. The hotel staff are friendly and take extra steps to make our stay comfortable. The lobby is luxurious and spacious. The room we had was also spacious and comfortable. There was plenty of room to put our belongings down and counter space to put toiletries for a family. The bathroom was clean and shower was very comfortable with great water pressure. We also had a nice view of Tainan. Also, breakfast was so delicious! They had a wide variety of hot and cold food across Taiwanese, other Asian, and western cuisines. The seating was great and the whole experience was like a classy buffet. Lastly, I loved the gym. They had plenty of equipment from weights to a squat rack to many treadmills. I didn't get to try the pool and the sauna but I'll be sure to return.

    Really lovely hotel. The rooms are clean, comfortable and modern, the buffet breakfast and dinner are great and there's a laundry room that's free to use. It's also a few doors down from Michelin starred Zai Fa Hao dumpling place and close to loads of Tainan's historical sites. And it has Aircon that works and is quiet.

    The location is really handy, it's right next to the shopping mall, with a door directly there. Staff is very friendly. Rooms are very comfortable with a choice of pillows, if you don't like your pillow, you can just switch to another one.

    The city is excellent and offers a great deal of places to visit, like Hayashi Store for some amazing souvenirs, Confucius Temple to appreciate the ancient learning and culture, a lot of Museums to showcase the art and history of the city, and the fantastic night markets for local cuisine of Tainan. You can access most of these places just with a single YouBike.

    Go and see the old city at Anping - lots of interesting history, including Fort Zeelandia. Tainan is the oldest city in Taiwan so it is worth exploring. It would have been fun to hire a bicycle but we only had an evening. Next time!

    I would not recommend visiting on a Monday as most of the shops, cafes and bars were shut during the day time and also in the evening it was quite difficult to find somewhere to eat. However it is an interesting city and if you can do a sunset cruise round the canals.
