The location is the best, it locates in the heart of Ximending. Their staff is very helpful, you can order the pineapple pies or famous crackers from the reception. And staff helped us called the van transfer to the airport.

Pie, the receptionist, was very accommodating. She assisted me in securing a lower bed due to my foot injury. Upon checkout, I realized I had left some items in the room. P went the extra mile to ensure all my belongings were returned to me, and I was able to recover everything. I absolutely love everything about this property. the staffs were always so helpful with my requests and she even booked me a rental car for the nights that I travel outside of Taipei and didnt stay with them. the breakfast was exceptional. Also during check out they gave us this drawn personalised card. this is a 6 star hotel service! i would definitely come back again and recommend this hotel to all my friends and family.

    Great transport and easy to move around.

    Great transport and easy to move around. Based in Taipei and I took day trips such as Sun Moon Lake and the Yehliu-Shifen-Jiufen to some places of interest. Stayed 3 days at Beitou - love the hot spring bath in my hotel room and had relaxing time. Attended 3 days of silent retreat at Pingxi too.

    Taipei is wonderful! So much to see, do, eat and buy!

    Taipei is wonderful! So much to see, do, eat and buy! The only thing I would change is probably not go in the hottest time of the year end of July to August. Public transportation is fantastic. Super easy, affordable and clean.
