It was a very pleasant stay. The hotel was clean and looked new. The staff there was very helpful and accommodating. The room was spacious for three people. The location was good if you like to shop for high tech products as there are two digital malls and several small shops across the street. Sogo is about 20 min walk. Transportation was convenient with a subway station right next to the hotel. The taxi fare was very reasonable and it cost 200 NTD to go to Ximending. Overall the stay was amazing and we will definitely stay here again.

The property was centrally-located and room we had was very clean. We also appreciated the little things they offered like tea and coffee. What we loved the most is the two staff members we met working at the front desk — they were so friendly, so cheerful, so welcoming, answered the many questions we had and they gave us amazing suggestions! Two of their restaurant suggestions were on point, and we appreciated them giving a personal suggestion. They were kind enough to also make reservations for us without us asking. Wow!! They truly made us feel at home and we felt so special! Would stay here again!

Kim from the frontdesk was amazing, very lovely, helpful and friendly. She provided us an itinerary for rainy days which was nice. We received a free upgrade to a room with bathtub. The room was 1 hour before check-in time ready. It was located at the end of the corridor and was quiet, no noise from the corridor or neighbors. It was very clean, the bathroom equipped with a Japanese toilet and linnen also. Beds are very comfortable (for European standards), size is about 160 x 200 cm and we loved the black out curtains. AC worked perfectly and quiet. Western and Asian breakfast available which is different every day, not too much choice but just enough. At the breakfast area you can get free snacks and tea/water throughout the day. Perfect location. About few minutes walking from the MTR station. Recommended!

    Great transport and easy to move around.

    Great transport and easy to move around. Based in Taipei and I took day trips such as Sun Moon Lake and the Yehliu-Shifen-Jiufen to some places of interest. Stayed 3 days at Beitou - love the hot spring bath in my hotel room and had relaxing time. Attended 3 days of silent retreat at Pingxi too.

    Taipei is wonderful! So much to see, do, eat and buy!

    Taipei is wonderful! So much to see, do, eat and buy! The only thing I would change is probably not go in the hottest time of the year end of July to August. Public transportation is fantastic. Super easy, affordable and clean.
