- From $126.91 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.6Excellent - What previous guests thought, 2,728 reviewsAmazing hotel. As soon as I arrived the guy on the desk couldn't do enough for me. He was giving me food recommendations and advice on what to do the following day along with phone numbers if I needed them. The room was big and most importantly, clean! The shampoo and conditioner worked wonders and the hairdryer worked great. The complimentary breakfast was perfect and available till 10 allowing me to have a lie in. There's also coffee and hot chocolate available 24 hours a day in the lobby. I can't rate this hotel high enough. And the casino is about a 5 minute walk from this hotel.Guest review byRobynUnited Kingdom

The grounds were well maintained. The owner built a fire outside in the fire pit. Plenty of seating around the ring. We had a very nice interaction with housekeeping as we were leaving-super nice ladies. Will definitely stay there again!Guest review byNolandUnited States

Asheville has so many things to do - it's a very inclusive arts, crafts and music community with a super cool vibe. It is truly different from anywhere else I've been and after 20+ years of visiting I still discover new things each time. Wonderful craft fairs, music festivals, art and craft galleries, restaurants (many Vegan and Vegetarian too:), entertainment, sooo many nature trails, hiking, biking, state and national forests, small towns, city events, too much to list. Of course the Omni Grove Park Inn and Biltmore estate are not to be missed. And the area could REALLY use the visitors and support after the big storm last year. They really made a comeback but appreciate the business (they are still making up for losses).Guest review byIreneUnited States - 10.0

We absolutely love floating the Ocanlufte river, the indigenous people and all the attractions. The hiking trails are amazingly beautiful and to be able to experience a close encounter with the elk is awesome! As for a great breakfast, Peter’s Pancake and Waffle House is the bomb! Sometimes you have to wait a bit but totally worth it! For dinner we usually grab a chicken dinner to go at the “All fried up” restaurant and take it back to our room to enjoy, but if you are looking for a great seafood restaurant, take a 14 mile trip to Sylvia to the Creekside Oyster house! Best seafood in N.C. In my opinion. If you enjoy hiking be sure to go to Bryson to the Deep creek hiking trails where you can see 3 different waterfalls , people tubing, and all sorts of beautiful nature all on the well maintained trails.Guest review byBorton - 10.0
Great little town with a variety of restaurants.
Great little town with a variety of restaurants. Didn't like having to pay to park anywhere near the shops and restaurants on King Street. The Peddler steakhouse was delicious and traffic was very light all weekend. The foggy mountain gem mine was fun sifting through the soil to find gems. Found some really cool stuff and the staff actually takes time to sort through your entire bag to explain what you found. The wife is having them cut & polish a rose quartz we found and is having it set in a ring for less than $90.Guest review byBrianUnited States - 10.0

We love Maggie Valley!! It is beautiful!! A great place to relax and enjoy the beautiful Mountain View’s! It’s a great location near everything you would want to do in the mountains!! It’s a quiet and family friendly place to stay!! We go couple times a year!!Guest review byRobinUnited States - 10.0
Blowing Rock is the prettiest and most dog friendly town.
Blowing Rock is the prettiest and most dog friendly town. If you visit only one North Carolina mountain town, make it Blowing Rock. I wouldn't recommend it for the physically challenged, but for the able bodied, it is a dream destination. Walking is essential. From the streets, to the parks, to shopping, and nearby Bass Lake, you will easily put in around 5 miles a day. Even just driving through is a treat for the eyes. Beautiful flowers line Main Street with a gorgeous array of multiple colors.Guest review bycox - 10.0
This is a yearly trip for us.
This is a yearly trip for us. Waynesville has great restaurants like The Sweet Onion and Bogart's. There are lots of shops to browse and buy beautiful things.....great furniture at Massey's and always enjoy the General Mast Store. There are festivals here regularly; those times would really be crowded in the already tight streets. Patience is a virtue for sure!!! Most magnificently, Waynesville is the gateway to the Smoky Mountains where there are thousands of opportunities for hiking, biking, rock climbing, hiking vast distances like Art Loeb Trail. And do make a visit to the Little Drummer Pottery heading towards Maggie Valley! Lake Junaluska is another wonderful place with a 2.7 mile hike around the late. It is a conference center, but all are welcome to hike, enjoy The Rose Walk, The cross at the top of the hill which is shining brightly is the most beautiful site. WE have met many lovely people in Waynesville and enjoyed the crafts and artwork of the area.Guest review byCarolineUnited States - 8.0
Hotel was a great location.
Hotel was a great location. We were skiing at Cataloochee, and this was a wonderful place to stay. About 10 mins from Maggie Valley, 20 mins from the ski resort, just a few minutes from Waynesville where you can find pretty much anything you need. It's really pretty, lots of birdlife nearby (swans, Bald Eagles). This would be a great hotel for summer when all of the outdoor activities are available. Lots of great restaurants in Waynesville (Frog Level Brewing, Haywoods BBQ) and some gems in Maggie Valley- Brickhouse Burgers & Pizza, Caffeine & Chaos.Guest review byChristieUnited States - 10.0

If you like exploring small, charming towns, then Dillsboro...
If you like exploring small, charming towns, then Dillsboro is a great place to add to your list! There are several fabulous places to go, but I highly recommend Haywood Smokehouse if you are looking for a place to eat. You will NOT be disappointed. I am super picky about my brisket--so when I tell you that their brisket is the absolute best I've ever had--I mean it!!Guest review bySeanUnited States - 8.0
many facilities and dining places.
many facilities and dining places. Relaxing atmosphere and friendly people. Nice vistas. Many folks from Florida staying the summer there rather than deal with the tropical heat and humidity of that Sunshine State.Guest review byJonUnited States
