We have nothing to complain about our staying at Villa Venezia. The location was great (near to one of the Fort Laudardale channels) with a beautiful view in quiet neighborhood and close to the beach. The room was very confortable and cozy. The highlight was the service, the check in and all the attention Andrea (manager) gave us was amazing! Kind regards from Brazil!

Outstanding motel. We have been here several times and have always been very satisfied. The staff is always friendly and very competent. This time we had extremely loud and partying guests in the room next to us, who were continuously loud from the afternoon until the next morning. Even at our request to be quieter at 01:00 at night brought no peace. We are aware that a motel is not responsible for the behavior of its guests and it is also difficult to admonish guests to be more quiet. The front desk acted very professionally and gave us another room the next day without any problems, for which we were very grateful.

I liked how the room offered a separate area for TV watching; nice sized balcony; valet guys were super fast and courteous. Beach front property! It was super windy but the way the balcony was recessed we were able to get out there without being blown away.

The rooms were spacious, with lovely views. All of the rooms face the ocean. Higher floors, of course, have the most breathtaking views. Great natural light, good water pressure, comfy bed! Loved the firepit area by the pool, for evening get-togethers.

I didn't like the fact that Housekeeping was knocking on the door at 9:00 to clean the room check out is at 11:00 she woke us up and I had to answer the door to tell her we would be leaving around 10:30-10:45 then she proceeded to have a conversation outside our door with another Housekeeper so we were not able to go back to sleep. I was not happy about this part of my stay. Otherwise I would highly recommend staying here, front desk staff was very friendly and very nice the inside was very nice as well didn't make the breakfast but next time we will

The beach is beautiful with full public access.

The beach is beautiful with full public access. The Broadwalk that runs along the beach has many restaurants with live music, good drinks, plenty of people watching and friendly staff. Family friendly and great for adult only trips as well, rent bikes, tandem bikes or walk. Traffic is busy in all of Hollywood so allow for extra time. Aventura Mall about a 20min drive away is amazingly large and high end with many unique dining options. The horse track near by is also a fun and free beautiful complex and a great way to spend an afternoon!

We went to Lucky Fish for dinner and had the most amazing view from the bar. The weather was just gorgeous. Afterwards, we walked on the beach which was a beautiful white sandy beach. The waves were coming in and the sound was just so soothing.

Not the best experience.

Not the best experience. No wake up call and I had to catch a plane. No computer to print boarding passes. It cost me $50.00 at the airport to get them. If I knew that the hotel couldn't print them, I would have stayed at a different place. Defective faucets in kitchen and bath. Defective electrical outlet in bathroom. Unsafe shower (No hand rails. The one they had was falling off). Room was clean and good bed. Sparse breakfast, broken waffle maker. Would have been nice to have Ice water/lemon aid available when you arrive (It's Florida).

The house is spacious and clean, with enough bedrooms and other amenities that make it perfect. Plenty of plates, cookware, and utensils. The host even left us some welcome beverages in the fridge. The patio was amazing with enough seating for loads of people. My grandkids especially loved the saltwater pool. I would highly recommend a stay at this house with these amazing hosts. John called or emailed several times, and he was so kind.

This hotel was a complete disappointment.

This hotel was a complete disappointment. It seems to operate as a drug rehabilitation center, with homeless men sitting out front and standing along the side of the building. I didn't feel safe walking to my room, and when I got inside, I saw roaches scrambling around. I was so disausted that I couldn't even stay the night. Unfortunately, I couldn't cancel my reservation, but I definitely won't be returning. And if your reading this please take note.

What’s that is a very nice place unfortunately you really need to speak Spanish to get along better. Most of the people not at my place but throughout the city are Spanish-speaking, which makes it very difficult for a non-Spanish-speaking person to communicate.

I like the fact that it was in a good location, but that’s it really. The staff need to be more attentive to customers needs and smile when they are serving customers. It looks unprofessional when staff are eating at the back while customers are waiting at the desk to be checked in.

They scammed me I paid a night of 75 dollars I made my reservation online and when I arrived at the hotel they asked me for a deposit of 175 dollars that they were going to return when I delivered my room the next day I waited 1 week and they returned me 100 dollars they stole 75 dollars that I want to know why they didn't return the total deposit I call me and they don't tell me anything they don't give me an answer from the worst hotels there I don't recommend it at all
