We absolutely loved the hotel and the room. The location is perfect — just a short walk to all major attractions. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The hotel is new, modern, and very clean. Check-in was instant and hassle-free. The room was spotless, fresh, and had no unpleasant smells.     We were here just one day, but were impressed by the architecture. Would have loved to spend more time exploring neighborhoods and checking out the architecture. We had an excellent dining experience near our hotel (The Edward). If in Buffalo, try Mother's. Cozy vibe, great food and cocktails, reasonable prices.

    Im not fancy so everything i needed was within a 5 minute drive. Target, walmart, Olive garden, Anchor bar, burlington coat factory, mcdonalds, ihop, mall, Tops market etc. Traffic was good, although i do suggest gps if you want yo find something you haven't been to before. Lots of little gems to find but they are hard to find if you dont know what to look for.

    Amherst is a great place to stay.

    Amherst is a great place to stay. All of our Buffalo favorites are minutes away, Duffs, Teds, Andersons and Bocce Club pizza. Millersport Hwy, Sheridan Drive and the I-290 are all right there for easy access to surrounding attractions. Highly recommend a trip to North Tonawanda and the Riviera Theatre.

    Horrible customer service. Dirty rooms. There was alot of bugs in the room, pubic hair, long hair everywhere, smelled of mold and mildew. Shower didn't work properly, toilet wouldn't flush. Charged a much higher rate due to the employees being new and they made the error, in which we were wronged for the mishap. I would never recommend nor stay in the facility again. Horrible customer service

    The Falls are just as stunning the second time around as they were the first. My only regret was I avoided going to the Cansdian side as I feared hang ups at the border crossing due to the 2025 political climate.
