Place is life changing.
Place is life changing. There’s not as much hate, more unity between people as a whole. Lots of history, LOTS of drinking. Fat Tuesdays and hogs breath saloon are great. Katie’s was great for brunch. Awesome food and great locals. The aquarium was awesome and the history is so cool. As a local to Florida I can’t think of a more homey place. ONE HUMAN FAMILY!Guest review byGinaUnited States - 10.0
Key Largo is so beautiful.
Key Largo is so beautiful. It's the first Florida Key and if you don't want to drive the 100 miles you don't have too. It has everything the keys have to offer. Fishing, snorkeling, diving, kayaks, paddle boards, jet skis, beautiful state park, bird sanctuary, nature trails, peace and serenity. Quiet!Guest review bySuzanne WagnerUnited States - 10.0

Marathon is centrally located in between Key Largo and Key West. It offers lots of great amenities. It’s also one of the better fishing spots. The 7 mile bridge offers lots of different type of fishing.Guest review byleighUnited States - 10.0
Quiet, serene town but had the trappings that we wanted.
Quiet, serene town but had the trappings that we wanted. The restaurant venues were good and not overpriced. The conveniences of a CVS/ Walgreens was present. I love Starbucks and there was one less than 10 minutes away. The local bar/restaurant was within walking distance on the same street. It was fine. All was fine. Just 95 degree balmy tepid temperatures are difficult, but that’s the Keys in the summertimeGuest review byBarbaraUnited States - 6.0

The bungalows are fairly new, but are not well kept you can wipe the floor with a white washcloth damp in it and it’ll be completely dirty with just one wipe in the drawers. There were hair. The bed had a stain on the bed liner after removing the sheets and putting them in the shower for the maid to wash, they never washed that bedliner. It was completely discussed. It probably would’ve left if I didn’t known it was there. There were problems with the room as far as a globe on a light in the bathroom was broken. The room could’ve use a good cleaning, but as I said, it’s fairly new just not well. Maintained probably won’t look nice for long.Guest review byTodd - 10.0
Big Pine key is the equivalent of a locals restaurant.
Big Pine key is the equivalent of a locals restaurant. Not too flashy, not too expensive. 1/2 a dozen places to eat. A full size grocery store. All of 25 miles from Key west. Great fishing. Plenty of key deer. Just a nice laid back spot in the lower keys.Guest review byMatthewUnited States - 6.0

The location was good for getting to Key West, only 20 mins away. there is a good size fridge in the room. the view is nice, but can't enjoy it outside because of the bugs. The Tiki bar is still closed. There's no coffee machine in the room, which really is inexcusable for me. To pay $800+ for 3 nights and have to go outside to the tiki bar to get coffee, no thanks! You need to bring your own hair conditioner, and body lotion. Bottom line, I would not recommend . I didn't eat in the restaurant there, but their menu is high priced. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was grungy looking.Guest review byLourdesUnited States - 10.0

Great location for fishing, boating and all other water sports. Hotel has great marina for easy access to ocean. Halfway between Marathon and Islamorada, both of which have many restaurants, grocery stores, bait and tackle shops, and even party boat fishing trips.Guest review byAnonymous - 8.0

Key West is what you make of it, it offers something for everyone, whether you want shopping, the infamous Duval crawl, or just going to the beach or to indulge your interest in history at the various parks, it's all there. Take a bicycle, parking is tough. Key West is a fun stop for families or just couples looking to get away. Either way, make Key West a stop on your Florida vacation.Guest review byCUnited States
