What not to like about this hotel? It say 3 stars, but feels 5 stars without the room services, so I am sure it should be 4 at least but with a look of a 5 star. 1. I been all around the world, been many hotels, this, specially this room, with sofa bed and kitchen is better than any place. If you compare it to Fraser suites for example, this beats it by a mile. 2. Internet top spees, if you have Andriod TV or Chromcast. No password needed to hook it up, which can be a problem sometimes with IT and MAC address. No such issues here. 3. The breakfast, is top as well. I think if you want a great breakfast in Atlanta, you might come pay for this. The coffee is tasty as well. 4. Overall, this is a semi 5 star hotel, with only difference is no room services, only. 5. The staff are mostly helpful and professional. Do not take professional for not helpful, these people have long cues and do all the work at front disk, be nice to them, they will help. 6. Only spot I will stay in Atlanta moving forward. 7. I stayed 2 days, then had problems at airport and couldn't fly back home, so I booked again. 8. This hotel made it easy for me with the troubles I had with my airlines, if not for this hotel, I probably be stressed now. Note: a) Forgot to mention the sofa bed is comfy to set on it, like high class L shape sofa, enough for 5 easy to sit at. b) Also, forgot to mention the bathroom. Wow. c) Much space to put luggage, for 3 persons. d) Many many electrical sockets and outlets. Like 10+ and 4 USB at the kitchen table, which can be used like an office style. d) This room is enough for 3 easy easy. 4 possible with extra mattress. e

The amenities were excellent! great breakfast, clean rooms, fresh linens and toiletries even with a “do not disturb “ sign on the door. We chose to extend our stay for another day and the front desk was so helpful and accommodating. they even moved our luggage from the original room to the new room when it was ready, after putting us on an early check in list. We received a call when our room was ready and our luggage had been moved. The property has been amazingly restored. For us history lovers it was like stepping back in time but with modern facilities. We highly recommend this to anyone staying in the historic district of Savannah.

The view was breathtaking, breakfast was delicious. Staff and all the guests were extremely friendly. We were going to a concert at the Anderson Hall next door and they went out of their way to get our room ready an hour early so we could freshen up and attend the concert. They even called us when room was ready. I will definitely make this my place to stay in Hiawassee, Ga.

You have an amazing team of front desk staff.

You have an amazing team of front desk staff. They were helpful and served with kindness. When I informed one of the front desk staff that I didn't have the right charger for the American socket, she gave me one for free, which was such a beautiful act of kindness. Thank you. My room was spacious, clean and well decorated. Clean environment and strategically located for buses (195 & 196) and train station. As well as a free shuttle service from the hotel to the airport. Thank you.

Savannah was a charming city.

Savannah was a charming city. We enjoyed it so much on our last trip from Florida to home, we decided to stop overnight again. This time it was too crowded, and we couldn't get a reservation for dinner. There was some film festival going on. I would check out the activities before I go again.

The hotel was run down, and they provide a pool table and boom box for customers to use until midnight. So picture around 10 people drunk playing pool and blasting music until midnight and the hotel is fine with this. No sleep until after midnight, our room was like a rock concert. Do not stay here.

I loved being close to some of the same places I shop while at home. Every place we went to was close to the hotel. That made for a great outing for my family. I have a sister with special needs and she really enjoyed the hotel room, especially showering on her own.I will definitely stay there on my visit.

J’s mini hot pot is to die for and good price per person. tesco and hmart have amazing prices and items for basically anything you can think of. Check out all the little shopping centers even if you don’t understand the signs!!! there’s hidden treasures everywhere.

I like the hotel because of the location it was close to a Walmart it was close to the restaurant Pappadeaux's which I like very much everything was convenient gas station was right next door to fill up it was a short trip but it still was satisfactory but still need some improvements especially with the breakfast menu in the morning at the hotel.I was in Room 217 and you can see from the photos there needs to be some repair made over the shower in the bathroom and also alongside that doorway on long side of the tub.I would like someone from the hotel Corporate Office who sees this review to give me a call to discuss and further detail

Quaint little town rather than a city. After a month of moving here from upstate New York I am looking forward to driving around taking in all of the sights and sounds Valdosta and its surrounding towns have to offer. Great location, only 15 min from Florida border.

I was there for my daughter”s graduation. The hotel was very convenient for the schedule event. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay . Everything met our expectations and beyond! I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family.
