The location, it's close to redbud Park and boat launch. They also have boat trailer parking. Very clean cottages. The owner, Bob, is a very nice guy! We will definitely be staying again.

the establishment was really pretty and fancy from my standards anyways. Rooms were comfortable and spacious. Getting to the area wasn’t too bad, narrow road leading to it but i’ve been through worse. Overall, it’s a great place to stay in, considering its location too.

There was availability right when I needed it and the price was super reasonable for the accommodations. You get the whole 2 bedroom house with a large back yard that goes right to the lake with your own dock and another patio-like space right at the waters edge. A great place for some fabulous pictures with the lake in the background.
The kitchen is huge and is stocked with most of your basic cooking essentials as far as cookware and dishes go. You do need to bring all of your own ingredients that are needed in order to prepare your meal but there is adequate space to keep it and there is a grocery store close by in case you forgot something or just want to do your shopping when you get there.
The house is fairly easy to find and they make check in super easy. We got there right at the 9 o'clock hour so there was noone there to check us in, however there was a key in a lock box for us and were able to get right in when once we got there.

First time there the owner didn’t allow us to look at the resort until we got down to business as he put it. Room small and smelly, everywhere you walked you walked into a spiderweb, no shaded area on dock to fish, a bees nest filled with wasps and bees that attached us and bait. We tried our best to make the best of it by going to buy our own umbrella but the wasps prevented us from fishing. We weren’t there 24hrs I asked owner for a refund for at least one day and he stated “ Everyone wants a refund coming up with different excuses I don’t give refunds!! It wasn’t a 2 day mandatory stay.
