We got great Hispanic food from a local grocery where we were able to get essentials, was recommended a nice taxi service that we called several times and also booked for our 4am pickup to the airport. The room had cleanliness and odor issues, poor lighting, and lacked basic amenities like towels, which had to be requested. There was also no clear communication about breakfast options. Unfortunately, I don’t think I would return to a hotel like this, especially for the price I paid, there are many other options nearby with equal or better rates and much better standards. The room was clean and spaceous, but you had to pay extra for a microwave. The cleanning staff was very inconsiderate! They completely ignore 'Do not disturb' signs and the maid kept changing the temperature of my thermostat so that I froze every time I walked back into the room at night. The first day I checked in, I notified the Front Desk that the lock on my patio door did not work correctly. I could not open the door with my key from the outside. It was an older hotel. The carpet was really dirty and felt wet . The shower was all scuffed up. A lot of hair from previous guests in the bathroom. Thee property was clean and well-appointed but we never could get the hot water to work in the shower and calling the representative did not attempt to solve this problem. The TV's did not have any directions and we could not get them to work, I think they use Alexa and we did not know how to access. We admit we probably did not know how to activate but there were no directions provided. Overall it is clean and well-appointed, we would have give it an excellent review if we had hot water for our shower, checking in problems with the wrong property and no directions on activate the TV.Guest review byphillips
