I loved this place. The location was very walkable, just next to the beach and Santa Barbara old town. The room was big and extraordinarily clean. The beds were comfortable. Also, the option of free parking is very handy as street parking can be expensive around. Breakfast was good... I will definitely stay here if I visit Santa Barbara again.

The whole decor and layout of the hotel is very welcoming
There is a lovely courtyard where drinks are served and there are complimentary drinks from 5pm to 6pm (not Sunday) Absolutely free!
The rooms are of a very high standard with balconies
The location is excellent being a few minutes from the centre of State St and near the best restaurants
The staff were very helpful especially Fabian and Nate on the front desk
We went to a Winery for a tasting and Fabian provided us with all the picnic accessories.
The pool is small and comfortable to sit around
Overall one of our best stays in Santa Barbara in a great boutique hotel

The staff were amazingly helpful. Free bike hire, biking is perfect and safe in the area.
They also had a happy hour 4.30 to 6.30 where you can have afternoon tea/coffee or wine with light things to eat too... so generous!! Pool was gorgeous and rooms were very very very nice and spacious.

The person who checked me in gave me one of the new bedrooms because I stayed five nights. The bedroom was lovely, spacious, and comfortable. I loved having such a comfortable bathroom. Live Oak Cafe is very convenient to grab coffee and breakfast. Amenities looked fantastic.
