- From $576.05 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 6.7Pleasant - What previous guests thought, 4,674 reviewsThey had a great check in service. The bed was great for my back as I've had back surgery and the bed caused no pain. It was clean, smelled fresh and I liked that they had a easy to use safe to protect your valuables. It was was right next to Starbucks and a 24 hour pharmacy as well as close to Columbus Circle shops and metro and Central Park. It was a perfect place to stay with my family and I'd stay there again. It also was in a very safe feeling neighborhood. Loved it.Guest review byCatrinaNetherlands
- From $553.78 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.1Very Good - What previous guests thought, 6,395 reviewsThe location is amazing, 7 min walk from Penn station and right in the center of all the action... The room size was excellent for single person and decent for a couple All 3 elivators worked and the waiting time was couple of minute. The only time it felt over load was the checkout time. So if you can do early or delay checkout, you will not feel it.Guest review byAnatIsrael

New York is vibrant, fast-paced, and full of energy. The city offers iconic landmarks, world-class dining, diverse neighborhoods, and endless entertainment. It can feel crowded and pricey, but the culture, history, and experiences are unmatched. A must-visit for anyone seeking excitement and variety.Guest review byMarcelloUnited States - 10.0

The airport shuttle, MTA , hotel, access was very close to each other. Uber option was right in front at of the exit terminals and at the front drive up, in the front of the hotel. We saw the Lion King on Broadway. It was awesome. We loved the New York style pizza around time square area. We loved the tall skyscraper buildings. We did not have as much time as we would like, Other travelers would have to be aware of the scheduling times of the services, which are available. Especially when weather conditions are not so great! The MTA takes you to SHEA, or Yankee Stadiums, mid-Manhattan where your choice of Broadway shows, Museums, Parks, tour the local college campuses, Movies, Churches, Boat rides, Ellis Island tour, Trade Center, Wall street, financial district, clothing, shoe, variety stores , Jewelry, car and boat dealers, arts and crafts shops, Empire State bldg, Chrysler bldg, game show and talk show studios. Rockefeller NBC area. Safe travels and enjoy !!Guest review byGuyUnited States - 6.0

From the periodic information passengers were able to get my United flight to Portland Maine was repeatedly delayed and then cancelled because the plane would not be able to land once it arrived. Apparently the problems on 4 September were building up throughout the day. Before the flight from LA landed my daughter in Sydney, Australia messaged me to tell there were ”shenanigans” at Newark.Guest review byMargaretAustralia - 10.0

We were traveling from central PA to visit the Statue of Liberty and didn't want to make the trip in one day, so we decided to get lodging the night prior to our day trip. We debated on whether to stay in New Jersey or New York. We searched for rooms and this motel in Jersey City seemed like a good choice. It was perfect. We walked to a coffee shop in Jersey City and felt quite safe. We passed many solo joggers, mothers with small children and bicyclists. The part of the city we were in was very clean. We were pleasantly surprised.Guest review byCornelius - 2.0

Bronx is a good place but the house and all the shenanigans about no one picking the call but texting only. I thought it was a hotel not knowing it’s a house in some dark places in Bronx. I texted the person back that I’m not interested because I feel uncomfortable and have asked for a refund of $203. Shiiii….Guest review byPhilip - 10.0

Nice secure area, mind the pavements they may be bumpy (though getting fixed from time to time), close to NYC, tunnel takes its time but was never extreme, nice small neighborhoods, great view on NYC, nice shopping (mall, low price shops, dine-in)Guest review byVividAustria - 10.0

After landing at Liberty, we rented a car for our tours of NYC. Finding and paying for parking in NYC was a difficulty I could live without. Fortunately, most tolls were paid with the car rental agreement. The Secaucus location was perfect for driving, but the buses stop right outside the hotel. If it were available to guests, more information on bus routes to the City's main attractions, as well as details on paying for bus and subway toll passes and wheelchair accessibility, would be helpful and might change how a traveler chooses to get around.Guest review byReyesUnited States - 6.0
parking should be free its customers.
parking should be free its customers. It cost us an extra $100 which we were unaware of the daily price of parking until we got the charge. There was nothing showing how much it will cost us for parking - transparency. towels / wash clothes seem to be in short supply ever time we asked, so we had to keep going back / forth. Staff was great in their jobs / helpful. Location was great.Guest review byBdaonionBermuda - 6.0
