One of the highlights of my stay was the everyday changing and tasty breakfast. Each morning, I eagerly looked forward to the delicious surprises that awaited me. It was a delightful way to start my mornings and provided the perfect fuel for my day of exploration. What truly sets the Ocean House apart, though, is the serenity it offers. It's an incredibly quiet place, perfect for anyone seeking a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. I found myself relaxing like never before, with nothing but the soothing sounds of the ocean to accompany me. And let's not forget the view! The ocean view from the hotel is nothing short of spectacular. I spent countless hours gazing out at the horizon, watching the waves roll in and feeling completely mesmerized by the beauty of nature. It's a view that truly enhances the overall experience of staying at the Ocean House. The staff were attentive and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their warm hospitality added a personal touch that made me feel right at home. In conclusion, I can't recommend the Ocean House hotel enough. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The lobby has free beach chairs, blankets and towels. They also have tons of dvds, games and free cookies! Room was spacious and clean. The small kitchette had basic utensils, great living space, good size shower. The breakfast was pretty good. Overall excited our expectations.

This location is EVERYTHING! we left our car and walked over to Pelican Brewing for dinner and then back. To wake up to these views was the highlight of our entire trip so far. The resort is so cute, clean, welcoming and cozy. The staff were great.

    Lincoln city is a beautiful town.

    Lincoln city is a beautiful town. The ocean beaches is something we were able to go down on in overall the rest of the trip was great. We wanted to stay longer, but the hotel was so bad and there was no other room in another hotel the other issue I had was the fact that the hotel was listed as $70 per night instead I got charged $167. I will not book through booking.com your dishonest and thieves.

    Always tons of fun thing to do.

    Always tons of fun thing to do. The beach was clean, as always. The carrousel is a little short ride for the price, but that was another fun thing. Stores, restaurants and more all within walking distance of each other. Great family beach.

    Hope to be back.

    Hope to be back. Had a fine stay at the Newport Belle sternwheeler and wonderful visit to the Oregon Coast Aquarium. The Bayfront area was fun, especially the sea lions. Wasn’t able to hit many of the recommended restaurant options so have to return.

    Astoria is a fun place!

    Astoria is a fun place! My husband and I loved the Maritime museum and the fun shops. We had a delicious lunch at MO’s and an amazing dinner at the Silver Salmon Grill. Sadly we didn’t have time to visit any of the art galleries. We will return.

    Florence was a lovely surprise.

    Florence was a lovely surprise. We had never stayed there before. The downtown area was a great shopping experience. There are many awesome stores. There are several grocery stores too. next time I would like to try the group dune buggy experience. This was my first time this way so it was a good exploration. I have to say it was really fun to hike the sand dunes!

    Cannon Beach is absolutely beautiful.

    Cannon Beach is absolutely beautiful. More than once I caught myself saying, how is this place real? Walks on the beach around Haystack rock are mesmerizing. Don't miss going at low tide to see the starfish and sea urchins hanging out in the tide pools. Sunsets are stunning and lots of people build small campfires on the beach to watch the sun set and relax into the evening. There are lots of cute shops, coffee shops and cafes around town. Plenty to keep you busy and entertained for a few days.

    Amazing stay!

    Amazing stay! Beautiful cozy space with all amenities you could ask for. Beautiful view and delightful host that went out of her way to show us everything including whales in the water. Highly recommend. Wish we could have stayed longer.

    It's a great little Oregon Coastal town.

    It's a great little Oregon Coastal town. We ate fish and chips at the Luna in Yachats in a covered area where our dog was welcome as well. We also ate takeout at at a Mexican restaurant in Waldport, six miles north. YKachats has a cool art gallery caled the Peephole. Joyce is fun to talk with.

    Gold beach bbq is great food. The other great food is sunset family pizza. Their tri tip pizza is awesome I recommend either place. I love goin to gold beach cause it's a quiet little town with lots of character.

    Tillamook is a coastal town not a town right on the coast.

    Tillamook is a coastal town not a town right on the coast. There is plenty to see and do, both in Tillamook and a reasonable drive away. There is spectacular scenery along the Three Capes road, which parallels the main highway along the coastline. The Blue Heron was an amazing cheese/wine shop with a lovely garden for dining. The Oregon Smokehouse has wonderful fish, both smoked and served up for dinner. The Tillamook Cheese Factory looks to be a wonderful family adventure spot; it was too crowded for us on a Friday afternoon, but I've got friends who have visited there with their young kids and loved it. Sadly, we didn't make it to the Air Museum; our time was filled with a waterfall hike and time at the ocean, including lighthouse viewing.
