- From $123.22 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.2Very Good - What previous guests thought, 6,244 reviewsAll of the staff were very accommodating and friendly. From the owners to the cleaning staff. Front desk staff were very caring and helpful in pointing out what places to visit. The hotel was very comfortable and immaculate. Spotless. My room had a microwave and refridgerator. The river under my balcony was wonderful. Canadian geese, ducks, finches and robins were a welcome addition to the atmosphere. Any future trips to Pigeon Forge River Bend Inn will be the hotel I will always stay with. Overall a beautiful experience.Guest review byBetty HoustonUnited States

Some Furniture looks a little rough, banged up. Was put off with the tip jars. For the price of staying there, you shouldn't have to tip the staff. Otherwise a great experience.Guest review byDanielUnited States

Pigeon Forge has some of the most beautiful mountains and forrests surrounding. If you want to hike like we did you need a car to get onto most trails. We were a bit dissapointed because we didnt realise alot of the trails wern't accessable by foot. However i recommend Smoky Bear shuttle they dropped us off at newfound gap so we could hike the Appalacian Trail and they picked us up.Brill service. Pigeon forge has some lovely restaurants and lots of things to do. The trolley bus service is a good way to get about, its cheap too and gets you to many places. Dollywood i would def recommend,we spent 3 magical days in there. and the Pink Jeep Tours were brilliant too. Recommenend the arts and crafts fair here too and the Horseriding in Pondersea.Guest review bySarahUnited Kingdom - 10.0
Ober mountain was great.
Ober mountain was great. We had the opportunity to eat out at a local restaurant and the food was great. I wasn’t impressed with the price on ice cream one large milk shake and a medium twist waffle cone plus tip was 31.00 dollars very outrageous!!Guest review byMidge - 10.0

We absolutely love floating the Ocanlufte river, the indigenous people and all the attractions. The hiking trails are amazingly beautiful and to be able to experience a close encounter with the elk is awesome! As for a great breakfast, Peter’s Pancake and Waffle House is the bomb! Sometimes you have to wait a bit but totally worth it! For dinner we usually grab a chicken dinner to go at the “All fried up” restaurant and take it back to our room to enjoy, but if you are looking for a great seafood restaurant, take a 14 mile trip to Sylvia to the Creekside Oyster house! Best seafood in N.C. In my opinion. If you enjoy hiking be sure to go to Bryson to the Deep creek hiking trails where you can see 3 different waterfalls , people tubing, and all sorts of beautiful nature all on the well maintained trails.Guest review byBorton - 10.0

The downtown area had places to eat and shop.
The downtown area had places to eat and shop. People are nice, helpful and receptive. There is a variety of food and bars. We did the Smokey Mountain Railroad trip to the gouge. The left side of the train as its traveling gives the best view. Food on the train was as good as any restaurant.Guest review byYoungUnited States - 10.0

Townsend was great!
Townsend was great! Better than all the hustle and bustle of Gatlinburg and Sieverville. I recommend the Abbey restaurant which is right on the Little River. I really liked the walking and biking trail around town. It was easy to get to the Smokies from this location. I did get to go to the Wye (swimming hole).Went in the water, but it sure was cold.Guest review bySaundra - 8.0
Area as expected.
Area as expected. Beautiful mountain scenery and average mountain town. Nice people, feels very safe. Close to hiking, mountains and lakes we wanted to explore. A lot of beautiful wide open spaces which is great to see. Topoco tavern a must place to see and eat located just outside town.Guest review byJulieUnited States - 10.0

We love this area and visit often.
We love this area and visit often. Our main focus is driving the roads but we do like to take time (or a rainy day) to head to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge or Knoxville to check out the tourist attractions. Maryville is wonderfully central to everything that we want to see or do and has a ton of places to eat, stay, get gas, etc.Guest review byANGIE
