    The location was amazing, right by the banana river with a small pier out to it. After a 2 minute walk in the opposite direction you were right at the beach. The complex also had a communal "rooftop" balcony. You could watch the most amazing sunsets from here (and I imagine that if you looked the other way and came here in the morning you'd have a nice view as well). You could also borrow kayaks and use a barbecue fireplace, althought we didn't have time to try that. Contacless Check in was very convenient. We also talked to one of the women working there and she was the nicest person and very helpful. The room was big, clean and had a very useful kitchenette (full size fridge, sink and counterspace). The little things also made it really nice to stay here (Outdoor seating, shower right in front of the room and broom inside so you didn't have sand all over the appartment). All in all it had everything you would need and the stay was enjoyable.

The location is perfect, with the beach at the edge of the garden, the houses are super cute, and the owner is so kind and adorable! All accommodations are very close (supermarkets, gas, pharmacy). KSC at 35 min by car. Ideal place to stay for visiting. We recommend 100%!

    I definitely recommend this hotel.

    I definitely recommend this hotel. It was a short walk to the beach and great for finding seashells. The surfers were out as the waves where good size when I was there.We ate breakfast in the lobby and had Starbucks coffee. We drove to Fish Lips for dinner; it is a favorite to eat at when visiting Cocoa Beach. The pool was inviting and clean too!

    Hotels are close proximity to cruise port. Walking distance to hertz car rental with a free shuttle to cruise port . The Radisson was not worth 400 dollars a night to sleep there! Very old rooms and view of the back parking lot .

    Melbourne is a great vacation spot. the traffic is moderate, a lot of great places to eat and then you can go back to a nice relaxing place to stay like the Paradise Ocean Front Resort. It's like your on private beach less than 100 yards from your room!! Room are very clean and and comfortable. My wife and I love it. We have stayed there twice. It's just a perfect vacation.

    We had a suite on the fifth floor overlooking the river.

    We had a suite on the fifth floor overlooking the river. These are the best rooms for viewing any launches unless you go to the bar (where they stop serving drinks at 22:00). The rooms are well appointed with a fridge and microwave, and binoculars provided to use during your stay. Cleaning is every two days, and they provide shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the large walk-in shower. The swimming pool has a free towel service and a whirlpool. During our visit in August, the water temperature was very warm. Clientele is a mixture of business and families, and there was a touch doodle screen near the lifts where people left drawings / comments, which was quite entertaining. Plenty of good eateries within a 4 to 5 mile drive of the hotel.

    Nothing was good. Don't go here . You don't get what you paid for! Paint peeling, stains on white bedspread, light fixture hanging off wall, filthy bathroom floor, and toilet seat only attached with one bolt.

    We played golf while we were in Palm Bay.

    We played golf while we were in Palm Bay. There are many affordable courses in the area. We enjoyed fresh seafood. We went to the beach which is nearby and enjoyed a day beachside. Boat rental and jet ski rental is available at reasonable prices.

    Everything was great!!! Owner very personable and helpful. Room was very clean with all modern accessories. Tastefully decorated. Remote bed (luxury sheets) remote blinds, good sized flat tv, keurig (coffee and add ins provided) microwave, spacious refrigerator (supplied with cold water bottles) , tile floors, easy parking. Quiet private space. Would highly recommend. Great value for the price.

    Very interesting part of the Space Coast.

    Very interesting part of the Space Coast. A little off the beaten path but still accessible to many attractions. Lots of dining options and outdoor activities to choose from. The beach are is Old Florida in the best of ways. Interesting mix of cuisines and local bars, some right on the beach.

    Nicely remodeled one bedroom place. It's located on the upper lever of a condo looking place. Easy access to the parking spot and beautiful landscaped outside seating and entrance. The floor plan was a nice open contemporary atmosphere and each room was welcoming. The only suggestion would be to add a small dresser in the bedroom so that I could have placed my shorts and shirts in a drawer instead of having them on the chair or the need to live out of my suit case while staying there. But I would definitely stay there again!
