From the moment we arrived in lobby the staff was so helpful, kind and all smiles behind front desk and from check in till the day of check out every staff member we met always had a smiles and kind words. Breakfasts were yummy, but the kickback buffet and drinks included for guest was amazing every afternoon/evening, this was our favorite meal and a wonderful way for guest to to recharge before going out dancing.

The location was beautiful and close to attractions. The bed was comfortable with several pillow styles to choose from on the bed. The price made it a great value.     We have been here before!! Always EXCITING! This visit was basically for the MUSIC venues and bar scene! So many NEW places on Broadway and each STAR presents their own atmosphere!! I must add that while parking was readily available...it was OUTRAGEOUS!! It is METROPARK?? IDs your license plate entering and leaving/...which was GOOD but last night we did a METRO at a downtown steak house...Maybe CUT ABOVE??? When we signed up at parking it said we would owe $60 and we IMMEDIATELY CANCELLED AND LEFT w/o getting out of our car and we were STILL CHARGED!! BE CAREFUL!! We are still fighting for a refund!!

    Lots of things to do at pigeon forge . Like any other vacation very expensive. Bring lots of money and you stay at governor's crossing. Bring extra money because they charge for everything everything.

    Ober mountain was great. We had the opportunity to eat out at a local restaurant and the food was great. I wasn’t impressed with the price on ice cream one large milk shake and a medium twist waffle cone plus tip was 31.00 dollars very outrageous!!

    Wasn't Memphis was the hotel it was actually a dirty and dangerous atmosphere. Stayed less than 10 minutes to check in and review the property and left. Will be speaking to my ATTORNEY AND AMEX TO SECURE A REFUND.

    This is 5 years in a row we have vacationed or partially vacationed in The Smokys. It has become a family tradition and looks like something the kids will share with their families when the time comes. So much to do, always. Even after all our times down there, we still find things we have yet to do. Or something’s that are so much fun we keep doing them Definitely recommend a dinner show. So many to choose from but well worth it.

    Murfreesboro was awesome!

    Murfreesboro was awesome! Our daughter is attending MTSU, and I feel comfortable with the campus and the surrounding environment. It felt safe and appeared to be a "family area". We are not "foodies", but we saw the variety of restaurants available in the area, and we tried a few and enjoyed the experience. We watched a movie at AMC, and it was the best experience; it was the highlight of our son's experience. We didn't have the time to go bowling or play golf, but next time we will. We are excited to return and complete the events that we missed.
