- From US$88.89 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 7.3Good - What previous guests thought, 155 reviewsThe location on Hwy. 65 was easily accessible. Despite Hwy. 65 being a busy road, I heard little road noise unless a large semi truck went past. The room was absolutely spotless, and the linens and towels were snow white and soft. The shower was very clean, and the water temp and pressure were good. There were both a refrigerator and a microwave in the room (as well as a small coffee maker), so I was able to easily bring along and prepare my own beverages and breakfast. The tv worked well, and the wifi connection was quick and simple. Also, there were windows on both the front and back walls of the room. I opened them in the morning and got a lovely cross breeze. (And also a nice view of a beautiful vegetable garden.) The curtains were heavy and hung past the edges of the window frame. So even though the parking lot is brightly lit, the curtains kept the room dark enough that the light didn't disturb my sleep.Guest review bySvetlanaUnited States
- From US$101.44 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.1Very good - What previous guests thought, 901 reviewsI had a great stay at LivINN Hotel St Paul East. The property is very clean, modern, and comfortable — everything felt well maintained and thoughtfully designed. The rooms were cozy and inviting, making it easy to relax after a long day. I also appreciated the self-service laundry room, which was a convenient bonus during my work trip. In my case, I was visiting 3M Headquarters, which is just around the corner, so the location couldn’t have been better for that purpose. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers looking for comfort and convenience.Guest review byialfarolCosta Rica
- From US$63.52 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 5.9Passable - What previous guests thought, 169 reviewsRoom updates were nice and comfy beds and the hotel location is safe for us with our travels to the metro area as inner city hotels, even 4-5 star we have personally found are unsafe with questionable folks that wonder, high thefts in cars and car parts is a worry and questionable circumstances with over all room and building quality and security. We arent picky and/or judgemental, but we feel very safe for ourselves and our property at this location. Quiet slow streets yet very close to shopping and restaurants just a quick mile away.Guest review byVICTORUnited States
- From US$326.23 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.9Fabulous - What previous guests thought, 377 reviewsThe location was excellent for getting around Minneapolis. The urban setting with the river, trees and paths was special. The furnishings will unqiuely retro, well-cared for, and very much like my favoriate places in Europe. The staff were welcoming and responsive with a sense of humor. The food was interesting and delicious in how the ingredients were combined.Guest review byCharlynCyprus

We went to see a ballgame at Target Field.
We went to see a ballgame at Target Field. Beautiful stadium and got to watch our Padres take the win, sorry Twins fans. ;p I wish the stadium would have sold any opposing team merch, I feel like they were missing out on a whole stream of revenue as we were prepared to buy. We ate at Mad Chicken as it was a new place for us.. the food was SO GOOD, it put other more popular chicken restaurant chains to shame. We would like to come back to Minneapolis as we found the city to be clean and felt safe when we were out walking about. The building murals are really cool too.Guest review byHofeldt - 10.0

Besides the hotel, we only ate at one other place, which was the Railcar restaurant on seventh street. excellent food and staff. We were there for a high school graduation party and watched several softball games in the area. Highways and streets were well marked and close.Guest review bypeggy - 2.0
DON'T EVER STAY HERE.
DON'T EVER STAY HERE. I needed police interference for what was going on outside the hotel. Shenanigans going on day and night, unclean, unmonitored, sketchy neighborhood, felt like a brothel, no peace or relaxation, should be shut down immediately.Guest review byAnonymous - 4.0

The only thing good about this motel is the location and the front desk clerk, Valerie. Everything else stunk. Noisy neighbors at all hours of the day and night, no towels, no place to hang your clothes in the room (short of two plastic hooks stuck onto the walls), a SWAT team showing up fully armed, homeless people sleeping on the grounds ... I could go on. Calls and complaints to the front desk did no good because there was nothing they could do except apologize. What would I avoid on my next trip? THIS HOTEL! I will NEVER stay there again.Guest review byAnonymous - 10.0

I needed a place to escape my family for the weekend, and this place was perfect. My one-bedroom suite with a balcony was perfect for sleeping, crafting, watching TV, soaking in the bathtub, and preparing my own simple meals. Having the suite to "live" in for 48 hours was the perfect escape. The hotel was pretty quiet, all things considered, and I enjoyed my stay immensely. I've already recommended this place to my friends who are looking to escape their families for a short break. This hotel is close to my house, and I would happily put up visiting family or friends here if they came to visit.Guest review byMichelleUnited States - 10.0

The hotel is nicely updated, the rooms are stylish and have all of the amenities. The only thing I didn't like is that our room was WAY on the other end of the hallway and my husband is blind. But that wasn't the hotel's fault.Guest review byNelson-Agnew - 10.0

I like the area, close to things and close to the cities but not to close, so if you are a person who likes to be close enough to the city to visit but not in the city this is defiantly a good option. Getting around isn't hard either which is nice. there aren't many food stops that we found but I'm sure if we looked a little more we defiantly could have.Guest review byashley - 10.0
Exceptional value.
Exceptional value. The pool is amazing, loved how warm it was, always plenty of pool towels. Nice hot and cold options at the continental breakfast. Bed was super lumpy, so it wasn't the greatest sleep. Housekeeping staff were phenomenal!! Super convenient location right off of 94. Will definitely stay here again.Guest review byHough - 2.0
Not much good about this place.
Not much good about this place. Bed had blood stains and we had to change our own sheets. No bedding for the pull out but we booked for 3 people. Big stain on the pull out cushion. Went to frontcdesk to tell them I did not think we should have to change out sheets and that the room should not have been Made available until it was cleaned properly. I asked for another room and we went up to that room and it was so smelly we could smell the stink in the hall before we opened the door. We stayed in the first dirt room. The staff was moving furniture in the morning and did not wait for use to use the elevator instead basically went infront of us and made use wait. Only one elevator. Staff did not care. On check out I asked for some kind of compensation for the state of our room and us having to change the sheets on our bed. The staff person did not know how to do that. I ask for the manager. They were not available . I asked for the manager to call me so we could discuss. Never got a call or email. Just don't care. People should be aware and find another place to stay.Guest review byM - 10.0

The location was perfect because it was close to family and easy access to the freeway. The room and bathroom was spacious and we enjoyed the availability of the kitchenette. It's located right next to the freeway and our room faced the freeway which was pretty loud all the time. There appeared to be long term renters who stayed there.Guest review byShellyUnited States
