After we booked, we found it very easy to communicate several special requests to the hotel Guest Relations team. They always responded immediately, and they were able to meet and exceed every one of our requests. When we needed to modify some activities after we arrived, they were able to be flexible and provide some excellent modifications. Our primary contact was Ngụy Hà Anh Thư, the Front Office Manager. Ms. Thư gave us her full support from the moment we arrived. She had the knowledge and resources to assist us with some complications that could have ruined our trip, but the solutions that she provided solved every one of the concerns. She connected us with the right community resources to meet our needs. Communicating with her in English was smooth, and we really saw that she went above and beyond to help us from the bottom of her heart. We had a delightful stay in Da Nang at the Muong Thanh Grand Hotel in the Executive Suite and the Premier Double King rooms, and we enjoyed all 12 days of our visit. As we were getting settled, Ms. Thư worked with us personally to ensure that each of the rooms met our needs, and she even offered to exchange a room when we discovered a problem with the tub. Her manner was very friendly and effective, and our satisfaction jumped from 100% to 110% right away. When we needed to work in the room during the morning, housekeeping always responded to make up the room later in the day, which was one of the ways we felt genuinely cared for. The icing on the cake was a kind birthday celebration that they provided for us, with singing and a cake with candles. It was amazing! The hotel is conveniently located to ATM’s, cafes, and restaurants within a few minutes walk. It is close to the Cầu Rồng Dragon Bridge, so both sides of the river as well as the beach and a shopping mall are a short ride away by Grab car.Guest review byRichard FThailand

Great Modern City with so much to see and do, i could have easily sent 5 Days in Da Nang, and still would be finding new places to visiit. Very easy to get around on foot or by rental bike, or just get a local Crab car, plus location to other major attractions are very close by to Da Nang. We loved Da Nang, loved the beach and a little bar we went to many times right on the beach. The food was great with many options and so many eateries. A lot of places to visit close by, Hoi An, Hue, Ba Na hills, Marble mountain etc. The people were super friendly and very respectful. Plenty of bars with live bands if that is your jam. We really enjoyed our stay at Ebisu Onsen Hotel although we were not traveling with children and we definitely did not realize the hotel was in a waterpark...I must have missed that part when using Booking.com to select this hotel. Kinda funny though, we still had a wonderful time walking the entire park which was absolutely beautiful. Loved using the hot springs and the big marble bath tub with beautiful view off the bathroom. We were notified that it would take 15+ minutes for the water for the bath to warm up. It really took a good hour for the water to get warm enough to soak in the bathtub comfortably. Once it did though it was an incredible experience. Apparently the hot water comes from the nearby hot springs thus the reason it took so long. Da Nang is a beautiful city to visit. the beaches are pretty and clean. Food is plentiful and fresh. The main attractions are day trip to Ba Na Hills which is amazing. The views from the top are breath taking. Hoi An is also about 1 hour away from Da Nang and has lots to do so plan your timing so you can do lots. I only spent a day here and I don't think it was enough but I was with family so maybe this slowed the day down a bit. Hoi An at night is beautiful with the lantern boat area all lit up. Massages and relaxing services are all available throughout the day and early night to help you really enjoy and relax. For travellers who are muslim, there are some good places to eat by the beach and more main city of Da Nang. Best advice is to download 'Grab' which is really convenient for taxi/bike and food options. There is no mosque in Da Nang but some of the restaurants have prayer rooms if you call and ask. I would have like to stay longer in Da Nang to explore more shopping and not feel so rushed. The Son Tra night market is good and open until 12pm at night.
