I’m glad I chose this hotel over the others located in District 1. I was able to work during evening hours as it was quiet. My room was clean and prepped daily with water bottles restocked. The staff always asked me if I needed anything, new towels or room service. They called me to remind about my free spa service. The conditioning of the room was very good. Hot water was working in the bath. The tub was spectacular, worked well and wasn’t leaking. I loved my stay and would definitely go back!!! The breakfast was a variety from Vietnamese to Continental dishes but I was always on the go so I’ve only eaten on the last morning of my stay. They have cassava cake and banana muffins which was a win for me! The hotel also allowed me to do an early check in as the room was ready so I was able to rest at 11am. They also held my luggage when I checked out, my flight was evening time, they allowed me to roam the city and keep my luggage in their safety, and coming back, they allowed to use the shower area for free if I wanted to freshen up. Excellent service and everyone spoke and understood English very well!! They also have 24hrs room service, I ordered a meal at 12 midnight because I was hungry.Guest review byKayeUnited Arab Emirates

There was 3 of us, my husband was in a wheelchair, the foot paths and entrance to shops etc were not good for person with disability. He can walk but not too far, too many steps and very narrow walkways everywhere. We had a good time and had days tours, but again not really suitable for person with walking problem. Although the guides were amazingly helpful. Enjoyed but 4 days was enough for us. The traffic is chaotic, but fun to watch. The airport was very unfriendly to person with disability, did not like the airport both arriving and departing, very dis-organized and un-helpful.
