Great staff! Very nice room and big pool overlooking the city. Location is perfect, very nice neighbourhood with all main things to see just short walk. Close to all restaurants, bars ect. It is in the shopping mall. Very nice and comfortable beds, overall great experience!

Comfortable, convenient and clean. I had to fly in and out of Ho Chi Minh for a very brief trip. I arrived in the early hours of the morning and had no problem checking in. They very kindly offered me late check out which was an absolute life saver. The staff were all very polite and considerate. There were also lots of little touches that made everything feel homey. The room was spacious, and reflected the images accurately. I would definitely stay again.

Always staying at Mai House when coming to Saigon, once again the experience was good. Appreciated that this time the staff anticipated my liking by giving me a corner room that is more bright. As usual, the colonial style is nice to see, the rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean and the Vietnamese food of the in-room service is good. There is some small steps being made by the hotel to provide more sustainable & environmental friendly single-use goods over the years, which is quite important for me & for an hotel of this standing, continue the efforts!

Really friendly and attentive staff. Booked cu chi tunnels with them, was cheaper than other travel agencies in the surrounding area and we were even in a smaller group with an amazing guide. The rooms are very clean and exactly as advertised on the photos. The location is great and what surprised us the most was that we could hear nothing in our rooms! When we arrived I thought it might get loud in the evening, so this was not the case at all. Overall really good experience here.

    We arrived very tired after transportation that took way longer than it was supposed to. The worker at the desk suggested where to find an ATM and was fine to wait until the next day to be paid. He gave us his phone number and told us to contact him if we needed anything. The room was also the cleanest of anywhere we have stayed in SEA. Usually there are stray hairs or dustballs in the corners. This room was spotless. We liked how even though it is in a loud and busy area of the city, the rooms are quiet.

    I'm a frequent international traveler for both business and pleasure, and I'm also an LHW member (but this time I booked through Booking.com, not LHW), and I've stayed in some great hotels. The facilities and other aspects of the hotel have their own strengths, but I can't forget the polite and friendly faces of the staff. I even voluntarily tipped the staff at the breakfast room, which is a rare experience for me, and I was happy to do so. I will remember this hotel's unforgettable service for a long time.

    Amazing hotel, the staff is great, the Location very Central (you can walk easily to the main sightseeing sights). I would recommend taking the Lounge offer, you basically get free food and drinks in the evening and coffee and drinks all day long, besides amazing views from the Lounge terrasse on the 10th floor

    There was 3 of us, my husband was in a wheelchair, the foot paths and entrance to shops etc were not good for person with disability. He can walk but not too far, too many steps and very narrow walkways everywhere. We had a good time and had days tours, but again not really suitable for person with walking problem. Although the guides were amazingly helpful. Enjoyed but 4 days was enough for us. The traffic is chaotic, but fun to watch. The airport was very unfriendly to person with disability, did not like the airport both arriving and departing, very dis-organized and un-helpful. People outside the airport were lovely and very helpful. Loved the place just not the airport.

    Great escape from the bustling city of Saigon, only 1.5hrs traveling by motorbike ... Many historical sites to dive into, plenty of serene countryside rice fields & bumpy offroad trails to explore ... If seeking accommodations, be sure to check out Les Hameaux de l'Orient :)

    HCMC is definitely worth visiting because of the sites of historic significance in the recent history of Vietnam. One should definitely spend time at the Independence Palace which was the governmental site of the Thieu Government, prior to his resignation and the eventual fall of the South Vietnamese Government on April 30, 1975
