It's a new hotel located in a quiet area away from the main road. It is only about a 3 or 4 minute walk to the beach and there are numerous cafes and restaurants nearby. We stayed in the King Room with Sea View. The room was spacious, clean, had all the necessary amenities & was very comfortable. We were happy to see fresh flowers and a fruit plate awaiting our arrival. The King bed was very comfortable and plenty big enough for my wife and me. It was one of the widest beds we have slept on in Asia. Breakfast was amazing. There was a large variety of western and Asian dishes that changed daily and were restocked as they ran out. The breakfast staff were pleasant and greeted you with a smile. The staff was attentive, warm, very welcoming and happy to help in any way possible. During the booking process the staff was very prompt in replying to emails and answering our questions. During our stay we were greeted regularly by managers and staff asking how we were and if we were in need of anything. Quang at reception was very helpful in arranging a tour for us. “Kelly” Nguyen was extremely helpful. We had our domestic flight cancelled and Kelly was nice enough to call and help us communicate with Vietnam Airlines so that we could reschedule our flight. He followed up and was in constant communication with us to ensure that we were able to resolve the issue. Due to our schedule change we needed to stay an additional night and Kelly arranged it so that we could keep our room another night. He was genuinely concerned for our well being and was always offering his assistance. We would like to thank all the staff at Sea Soul for making our stay so wonderful. We felt very welcomed and well taken care of. And a very special thank you to Kelly. Thank you for kindness and all that you did for us during our stay. We greatly appreciate it! We are grateful to have met you and hope to see you again on our next visit.

Friendly staffs, clean & comfortable rooms. The hotel is totally new, everything is new and clean. (Some floors are still under finishing before they can be totally put into operation). Small but nice and comfortable swimming pool on the top of this building. My kids really love it. This hotel is located at the center of Nha Trang, only few minutes (~3 mins) to walk to the public beach and around 10 mins to the Night market.

Beautiful high floor room with a balcony and sea view. Room modern and clean. Staff are so helpful and friendly, really they have done everything to make this a great stay. This is truly a 4* hotel and is great value - I wouldnt hesitate to choose this place to stay. If I come back to Nha Trang I wont be staying anywhere else.

Great Hotel I had a very pleasant stay at December hotel Nha Trang and I couldn’t stop telling for friends and family about this paradise city and this amazing newly built hotel, This hotel provide very good service with very high standard, All staff were friendly and helpful+professional, Ms Tram suggests to me to stay in this great hotel through a friend of mine who live in Melbourne Australia and I had great experience staying here, Thank you Ms Tram:) From the reception, Ms Cloudy organized Taxi to take me I-resort hot springs with discount vouchers as soon as I arrived at the hotel, that was what I wanted to do on that day. Thank you Ms Cloudy:) Ms Thu she surprised me by upgrading my room from 10 floor to 22 floor with great sea view and balcony, WOW Thank you Ms Thu:) From breakfast restaurant Ms Le give me very kind and professional services, she is a very kind and thoughtful person, ohh I can’t forget her kind services, Thank you Ms Le:) Mr Sunny organized my flight ticket to back to Ho Chi Minh city with hotel pick up taxi to airport, Thank you Mr Sunny:) Also all other stuff from lobby cafe, swimming pool and also the housekeeping they are all very friendly and helpful, All the staff here they make you feel home.     The spa was outstanding. Getting massage next to the sea while hearing the waves rolling in just next to you - too good! The massage therapists were great - when one of us had a headache one day, they immediately picked up on it and offered a specialized massage. The other staff of the spa were also top-notch and made sure me and my partner could use one of the sauna/jacuzzi facilities by ourselves. The spa gets a clear 10/10. Pool and beach are very nice and relaxing areas. As for the gym, the equipment was okay; staff great; location and view fantastic. The room we stayed did not feel brand new, but everything was in good shape. Comfortable bed and seating. Decent desk for doing some work. Good shower. There was some miscommunication (our fault) when we ordered room service one time, but the staff very gracefully let us get away with our mistake of ordering four pastas instead of one. :) Breakfast buffet was tasty and with a good selection. We tended to eat the western dishes, but there were also Vietnamese/Korean-style. It was very pleasant to have breakfast outdoors next to the pool. We had also asked the hotel to organise our transfer to the airport, and this was handled very smoothly without feeling too expensive. Normally this would have been a major headache for me, but now we were able to relax completely during our last day. Since we had to check-out before breakfast due to an early flight, the hotel also had prepared a good take-away breakfast for us. Although the hotel is on the expensive side, I went away thinking it was definitely worth it. The staff treated us beyond well, and we enjoyed three extremely relaxing days.

    The resort has a great layout, there are great options for food and exercise for health and wellness should you choose and a real luxury feeling with the rooms and villas. I loved the yoga classes with several times running each day. All staff were sensational, Joe really made the stay so comfortable and even helped purchase medicine away from the resort and deliver and made anything requested not a problem at all. Unbelievable service Joe your hard work has not gone unnoticed. Also in the evening another staff member helped prepare some food as the kitchen was closed. Again just above and beyond service. It was 1:30am so I missed his name, I had missed dinner and he help me by offering the staff meal option and it was wonderful. An absolutely wonderful experience the entire stay, caring and attentive staff!!!

    We enjoyed the resort very much! Beautiful villas are built in a way that doesn't disrupt nature and wildlife in the national park. Staff taking care of gardens, nature, sea, animals. We enjoyed few acitivities: nature exploration (it was amazing experience, gentle walk around the resort, we saw one monkey family and learnt a lot about plants growing in the resort which are also used in the restaurant), spa (we got the best massages ever-vietnamese traditional massage and swedish), hiking (fun experience, easy climb with our guide, wear good shoes and long pants because it can be slippery), kayaking (couldn't go far because of the wind but it was fun and easy to organize). We had our batler Anh who introduced us to the resort and helped us with anything we needed.

    The staff was so friendly and kind. The room was amazing. The breakfast had such a huge variety of different cuisines. The pool is so nice. Behind the hotel there are many restaurants and massage places. The locations was great. Private beach for Hotel guest is very convenient with chairs and towels. The free ice-cream is delicious. I wanted to stay for an extra day but i couldnt get the same room. But the staff was very helpful. I changed my dates on booking .com and booked in again for the next day. When i checked out before 12 I thought I will have to wait till 2 o'clock to check in again but the staff immediatly assisted me with my new room which i really appreciated! I will be going back end of August to this amazing hotel again. Cant wait!!

    I absolutely loved everything. The staff are the best in the world, i will actually even miss them after i leave. The bed and room was so comfortable. Food was delicious. Massage was the best ever. Swimming pools were great. Also jetski was great fun. Sea water is warm. There were constant nuggets transport available to get around the resort.     The Anam Cam Rahn is a real gem. The territory is so unbelievably green and well-groomed. The lawn is awesome. You are like in paradise staying in the middle of the lawn and looking at azure sea. The villas are cozy, the mattresses are super comfy. I would definitely come back. We had a great time. We stayed in May 2023 the sea was great. The water temperate was around the body temperature.

    Nha Trang is a lovely beach but can get extremely busy...

    Nha Trang is a lovely beach but can get extremely busy during peak times not only with people but with cars, motorbikes and noise. Crossing the road was like playing russian roulette a little worrying at first but somehow it all seems to work with the cars, people crossing and the motorbikes, so we did master it pretty quickly

    Layout of the resort was brilliant, very busy but they managed. Downside is the rubbish you are having to walk around along the beach, many planks with nails facing up dead puffer fish of which u don’t want to stand on.

    Excellent!

    Excellent! The very new and beautiful hotel with pool view and sea view. I can see the pool, the sea and the airplane The hotel is very near the Cam Ranh airport, I can walk from the airport to the Arena Cam Ranh hotel!

    Ninh Van Bay is one of the most beautiful places I've been...

    Ninh Van Bay is one of the most beautiful places I've been in Vietnam. The sea is something special and surrounded by mountains makes it spectacular. Awesome friendly locals and the beach there is the best, can swim there any time of the year as its protected from the winds and swell, great for families. Will be even better once Ninh Van gets a few more accommodation and bar/restaurant options but it's perfect if you like a quiet few days in a fishing village.

    Linited services due to start of the low season.

    Linited services due to start of the low season. Basic breakfast not the worth the price. Far from shops and restaurants. Loaction is OK if you have your own car. Taxis very expensive as hotel is far from city center and any restaurant or shop.

    Very nice place.

    Very nice place. Recovering from the ravages of COVID - some places are still not open or redeveloping. With the invasion of Ukraine 🇺🇦 by Russia 🇷🇺 - as a Canadian, whose people and government support Ukraine - the largest population of Ukrainians outside Ukraine is Canada 🇨🇦 - I found it difficult to be around so many Russians who were on vacation and enjoying themselves in Nha Trang while their military and government was raining down bombs on the civilian population of Ukraine 🇺🇦. I wanted to speak with the Russian people I met to ask them to stop the madness of the war they started with Ukraine.

    Cam Rahn is the gateway to the International airport.

    Cam Rahn is the gateway to the International airport. Although the place is now in renovation of the streets and all, it might take sometime to complete those projects unlike Nha Trang which is well developed already. Cam Rahn has some hidden gems if you just try to looked around. Very local. Good cafes (better research first), near the beach and cheap groceries too.

    The facilities were fantastic - beautiful apartments and then lovely pools & beach club facilities. The staff were helpful and everything was finished to a high level. All amenities in the room were really fabulous too.

    Great place to visit, just the amount of plastic and...

    Great place to visit, just the amount of plastic and cigarette butts along the beaches! And the rudeness of the motorcycle riders riding the wrong way on the streets and footpaths. Pedestrian crossing are very dangerous! Maybe they should have more of a police patrolling the streets.

    You won't experience much of the Vietnamese culture by...

    You won't experience much of the Vietnamese culture by staying in Cam Ranh, it is very touristy (many Russian and Korean tourists) and there is not much the see in terms of sightseeing; one temple and one shrine. Nevertheless, because of the tourist aspect, the facilities are good and there are many restaurants and shops. I would recommend visiting this place in combination with a resort stay, if not two days are enough to see the highlights.
