The level of service was impressive. Security took out bags and brought it to reception immediately after we stepped out of the taxi. They gave us welcome drink, made early check-in even though we didn’t confirm it in advance. The room was clean and nice with the perfect view on sea and mountains. Such a nice hotel to stay in!! The owner is beyond helpful with everything. The room was so spacious and very comfortable!     I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I must say that I was deeply impressed. From the moment I walked in the staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The room itself was spacious, clean and with all the necessary amenities. The bed was comfortable, the linens were fresh and the bathroom was spotless. Breakfast at the hotel offers a wide variety of options, including hot and cold dishes, fresh fruit, pastries and a variety of drinks. The quality of the food was excellent and the service was fast and efficient. It was a great way to start the day and I was impressed with the attention to detail and the level of care the hotel took to their breakfasts. The hotel facilities were also impressive. The fitness center was well stocked with modern machines and equipment, while the pool were both relaxing and inviting. The public areas of the hotel were well maintained and provided with a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean and welcoming place to stay. The staff were fantastic, the room was excellent, the breakfast was delicious and the facilities were second to none. I will definitely return on my next trip to the hotel ) Thanks to the staff for such a wonderful stay! )

    Absolutely amazing! Came here after nearly 2 weeks of traveling round Vietnam and it was the luxury we needed! The bungalow was incredible, the staff so friendly and helpful, the surroundings were so beautiful! It was very quiet and we were often the only people in the pool. When we checked in we were told they were also including free massages and afternoon tea! The breakfast was immense with every type of food you could possibly want, and the afternoon tea was delightful. I wish we could have stayed longer - 3 nights was not enough. I was worried when we booked it that it would be really corporate and lacking in character, but it was delightful. If you're looking for a bit of luxury then this is the place!

    Everything about this property was amazing. Firstly we were given an upgrade which gave us the most stunning view of the bay in all its beauty. The kindness, helpfulness and concern of the staff is unmatched. Breakfast was superb, even tho we are vegetarians, plenty of dishes, staff went out of their way, even made us a plate of vegetarian sushi for breakfast, wonderful tasty capers and kimchi which we have not had for breakfast in years. The property is right on the bay foreshore, so special being able to walk along the promenade. The main pool area where the sauna and steamroom is located, with hot & cold pools is very much worth the visit.

    We really enjoy the wonderful bathing facilities, fantastic and super clean beach, lovely to bath here both in the morning and in the afternoon. Pool and Spa as well. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are delicious, there is a Vietnamese cuisine corner, fresh seafood and meat barbecue, along with many different tasting dishes. Deserts are well made, che and fruits are amazing. Vinwonders is close to the hotel and worth visiting, see musical water fountain show, beautiful sunset and flowers.

    Nha Trang is a lovely beach but can get extremely busy during peak times not only with people but with cars, motorbikes and noise. Crossing the road was like playing russian roulette a little worrying at first but somehow it all seems to work with the cars, people crossing and the motorbikes, so we did master it pretty quickly

    Ninh Van Bay is one of the most beautiful places I've been...

    Ninh Van Bay is one of the most beautiful places I've been in Vietnam. The sea is something special and surrounded by mountains makes it spectacular. Awesome friendly locals and the beach there is the best, can swim there any time of the year as its protected from the winds and swell, great for families. Will be even better once Ninh Van gets a few more accommodation and bar/restaurant options but it's perfect if you like a quiet few days in a fishing village.

    Very nice place.

    Very nice place. Recovering from the ravages of COVID - some places are still not open or redeveloping. With the invasion of Ukraine 🇺🇦 by Russia 🇷🇺 - as a Canadian, whose people and government support Ukraine - the largest population of Ukrainians outside Ukraine is Canada 🇨🇦 - I found it difficult to be around so many Russians who were on vacation and enjoying themselves in Nha Trang while their military and government was raining down bombs on the civilian population of Ukraine 🇺🇦. I wanted to speak with the Russian people I met to ask them to stop the madness of the war they started with Ukraine.

    Cam Rahn is the gateway to the International airport. Although the place is now in renovation of the streets and all, it might take sometime to complete those projects unlike Nha Trang which is well developed already. Cam Rahn has some hidden gems if you just try to looked around. Very local. Good cafes (better research first), near the beach and cheap groceries too.

    The facilities were fantastic - beautiful apartments and then lovely pools & beach club facilities. The staff were helpful and everything was finished to a high level. All amenities in the room were really fabulous too.

    Great place to visit, just the amount of plastic and...

    Great place to visit, just the amount of plastic and cigarette butts along the beaches! And the rudeness of the motorcycle riders riding the wrong way on the streets and footpaths. Pedestrian crossing are very dangerous! Maybe they should have more of a police patrolling the streets.

    You won't experience much of the Vietnamese culture by staying in Cam Ranh, it is very touristy (many Russian and Korean tourists) and there is not much the see in terms of sightseeing; one temple and one shrine. Nevertheless, because of the tourist aspect, the facilities are good and there are many restaurants and shops. I would recommend visiting this place in combination with a resort stay, if not two days are enough to see the highlights.
