The best hotel in Vietnam. The room was big and clean, with a nice view. The pool on the top is nice to calm down and enjoy the landscape. The breakfast buffet was amazing, you have so many options to choose from. The staff is also very kind.

The hotel had an amazing view to the mountains, a nice infinity pool and excellent food at the breakfast. The staff was all very friendly, the guest relations, KC made us feel like home and organised all the day trips for us. The staff at pool bar were also amazing specially Dang Viet who we asked to take a picture of us and he went the extra mile and showed us poses for the pictures and took amazing pictures of us, thanks to him we have lovely memories from our holiday. Definitely recommend this hotel, and will come back if I ever go back to Sapa.

    Everything about this hotel is great. Location is super Incredible staff Anne , Grace and Ruby Plus their whole team . Even the Housekeeping staff and Breakfast team were just great. Whatever the hotel staff did was genuine and they heard us and provided info absolutely to the point which was very helpful. We booked three day trips from them and all the rates they offered were equivalent to the market rate offered by other agents. At any point of time you donot feel that Hotel is trying to cheat you or take out extra money from you. This is something very important for any hotel. I believe that tells a great thing about their management. Love from all of us.

    The Deluxe triple room facing the city is perfect, bed was comfy, breakfast has many choices, the staffs also nice and very helpful. Best location, just across the Sunplaza Sapa Station. My big thanks for Ms. Yuna (FO Manager) and Jayce for helped us to find alternate transportation as our limousine from Sapa to Hanoi cancelled by agent in the very last minute (due no car available even we bought it one month before our trip start!!!). You knew how panic I was at that night. Once again, thank you much.

    It was one of the highlights of our trip to Vietnam: + We were upgraded at check-in and we loved it so much in our first our at the property that we decided to paid the price difference ang get the villa with the private pool.     The hotel is brilliant - Nice a quaint yet has all the facilities and luxuries. The staff were amazing and managed to arrange a private cooking class with Sous Chef Mung. Was an amazing experience and Mung showed me the market and how to cook 4 traditional dishes (he then served it to me in the restaurant. Highlight of my trip and great to see such an experienced chef go about his business. Would 100% recommend and will come back again.

    Getting around sapa is easy with grab. There are a lot of must try eats in sapa like black chicken, sturgeon and salmon. There are also fun attractions like alpine coaster, moana sapa and glass bottom bridge.

    Lao Cai is a frontier town and as such, has a quite quirky feel to it. There is not a whole lot to do per se, apart from visiting a couple of pagodas. I do like the vibe there and there is some really good Vietnamese food available.

    Very difficult to find your way there, all homestay/hotel owners refuse to provide information and collaborate only with specific companies. English guides limited but a guide named Thao made our stay a nightmare. She was trying to push lunch and other side services, once she realized we didn’t want that, she stopped any guiding and intentionally destroyed half of one day and the whole second day by acting simply as a side person on the trip, not providing absolutely anything. Totally unprofessional and even verbally rude and sarcastic. Avoid at all costs!

    Awesome village, if you want busy and active then stay over the weekend. For a little more quieter time, then from late Monday to Friday morning is good. There is amazing trekking, site seeing and rides around the area and superb place to visit for a connection to rural Vietnam when you only have a few days.

    Mountainous area famous for plum.

    Mountainous area famous for plum. It's called the white valley because during the spring the whole area is covered by plum flowers. So it's best to visit in early January. Otherwise, summer is a good time for plum picking. I had an enjoyable experience picking plum myself and brought lots of them home. I was lucky to visit during the weekends when they had annual horse racing competition. Really memorable. They also have weekly Hmong flea market on Sunday, you can eat local food and see ethnic people trading. Riding motorbike and looking at the mountain was fairly enough for me. You definitely should eat at Sa Mu restaurant. The food was so good that we went there twice.

    Beautiful scenery and relaxing weather. But, it's best to make sure you visit during the non-rainy seasons to avoid excessive fog and unexpected rainfall. We visited the moana cafe, glass bridge, ban mong alpine coaster and explored the city center. All these locations are a must visit to anyone visiting Sapa. This was our second trip to Sapa. During our first visit, we visited sunworld fansipan and cat cat village, and they are also absolute must visits!

    I only stayed Saturday night for the Sunday market but wish I’d stayed Friday night too to see the buffalo market on Saturday morning. Get up early (~6am) and go to the market while it’s bustling with locals rather than waiting until the tourist buses arrive (from ~9am). Quan Binh Phuong does good chicken pho for 30,000 VND
