It is a studio apartment. The room as spacious enough for both of us, complete with comfortable bed, fridge, two burner induction stove, hairdryer. They have room cleaning services everyday. Location was amazing. You can see almost the entire Sunset Town from level 16. You can watch the Kiss of the Sea show and the spectacular fireworks show from level 16 and enjoy the pool. The building located few blocks ups from the cable car station and for muslim, few hundred meters from Sarah halal restaurant.

The stunning panoramic vistas of the azure waters of the ocean, the nightly firework right from our window and the lush, tropical landscape of Phu Quoc Island took my breath away. What truly sets CASEPIA Hotel apart is the exceptional service provided by the dedicated staff. The moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine desire to make my stay unforgettable. The level of hospitality and attentiveness was beyond my expectations, making me feel truly valued as a guest. One standout feature of CASEPIA Hotel is that the managers themselves reside on the premises. This personal touch adds a unique dimension to the overall guest experience. The managers were not only readily available to address any concerns but also took the time to engage with guests and share their local insights, enhancing our understanding of the culture and attractions of Phu Quoc. The hotel is very well situated, close to the beach and close to nice restaurants. The room was very well equipped, nicely decorated, very clean, towels and bathrobes were changed daily. The staff is very nice, they were very useful, helped us to rent a motorbike, and they recommended us very nice places to visit and activities in Phu Quac. Nice pool and surroundings (nature’). A little extra point for the washing machine and dryer which is free for the guests to use on their own.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel a lot, the staff was exceptional. Although they didn't speak English well and we didnt speak Vietnamese at all, we perfectly communicated via google translate :) They helped us to book a Safari tour, cable car ride. The location was perfect as we got to walk around the Sunset Town and see the fireworks every evening. The room was super clean and with a perfect view :) I want to thank the staff once again :)

    The location is perfect! It's right on the beach so you have your own private beach. The market and pubs, all are closeby. The breakfast is amazing. The food is fresh. I stayed in the double bed rooms that had a private balcony. They were amazing, with a lovely view of the ocean.There's a stunning pool as well. The caretakers are all very well trained and know what they are doing. The WiFi is the best you'll get anywhere in the world. I came for one day but extended by a day as it was such a relaxing stay. Special mention to the sweet lady at the reception. She really knows what she is doing and has such a calm influence.

    I really liked the spacious room and the upgrade from my regular booking. The staff were very polite and well-mannered. The breakfast was delicious, and the location is excellent—just a short walk to Phu Quoc Beach and the night market. The free VinBus service was a bonus, with stops conveniently located right outside the hotel, making travel to the airport and VinWonders hassle-free.

    Phu qouc has the best weather, just cold and warm enough. The food is awesome. Its not as commercialised as other cities in vietnam. Its a cute small island with the perfect blend of love and culture. The roads are awesome, the infrastructure is awesome, the people are awesome.

    I think I chose the wrong time to visit the island..

    I think I chose the wrong time to visit the island.. Almost the whole time it was raining. The water was rough around this side of the island, and locals suggested to avoid getting into the water for safety reasons. Couldn't do much of exploring due to the weather. If you wish to enjoy the island, the best thing to do is avoid travelling between June to October (rains are unpredictable and annoying). Towards the end of October till about March, the place can be a gem.. This may probably be another reason why it's considered as the peak season by many travellers. Avoid staying in 1-hotel as travelling can take up a lot of time. Split your stay in 3-zones. North = Vinpearl + Star Fish beach + Grand World. South = Cable car, serene beaches, pearl factory, leisure time Central = Temples and markets and city tour, etc. + easiest to reach the Airport. Remember - check-in times are usually 12pm and check-out is 10am. Plan your arrival/departure accordingly. Another important thing to keep in mind is Food. If you have food restrictions, please book places which serve international food rather than just Vietnamese cuisine. Travelling around the city can be free. Yes - thanks to their Green Bus. But the flip side is the accessibility and timing. Routes are defined and based on the routes, bus timings differ(sometimes the wait can be more than 1hr, depending on the location you are at or where you need to go). Overall - I think I'll need another visit(maybe longer - 4 nights and 5 days) and at a different time of the year (Nov/Dec) to properly explore the whole Island and experience all that's there :)

    It is overrated island still not prepared for visitors. If you have already been to Thailand or Bali than you can very much skip this island. Everything is very average except sunset town, thats the only thing we found worth visiting. People there are not courteous. The resorts are very average too. you have to negotiate for everything and every activity you wish to do there. Grab is not very easily accessible. The cost of grab, activities, boat ride (island tour), cable car, star fish beach, etc. is all very expensive and not what influencers have portrayed for thus island. Overall, we found phu quoc very underwhelming and not worth a visit.
