The people there were so kind. They ask if we want to have some tea so often and helped organizing everything. We were even allowed to leave our things there before our two day Treck and use the pool and shower after our Treck. They are nice restaurants for breakfast just across the street. Everything was more than perfect and we would come any time again.

Very clean rooms! Also every day cleaning. A lot of space, sockets everywhere, huge bathroom. Everything well maintained! Nice and cosy homestay. You can have breakfast there. Nice tables at the river where you can sit, relax and have a drink. Good bycycles free to use. Just the perfect place to stay when you are in Phong Nha!

Location fantastic with a fantastic view overlooking the river. Rooms were spacious , clean and comfortable. The staff went out of their way to help us with changing forward bookings with trains and in organising tours and transfers. Very friendly family and simple but tasty meals provided. Highly recommended.

This was easily the best hotel my wife and I have stayed in during our month travelling in Vietnam. We were on the 16th floor and our room had a great view over the city. The room was huge and the bathroom was also large, it even had a separate bath. The staff were wonderful and nothing seemed too much trouble for them. For the price, this hotel is a spectacular bargain and comes highly recommended by us.

The hotel has a very convenient location, close to shops, restaurants, and public transport. My room was spacious, tidy, and the bed was quite comfortable. The staff were friendly and ready to assist whenever needed. Breakfast offered a good selection of both local and international dishes, which I really enjoyed. Check-in was a little slow, but overall, the service was professional. I would definitely recommend this hotel for both short and longer stays.

Lovely team is very helpful with anything you might need to know, a lot of cute animals around, twice free yoga in a day. Unfortunately, we could not go trekking because it was raining. Would come back 100%.

    Very nice room, local bathroom system unusual for westerners. Breakfast ok ( except coffee wich in most places Phong nha is not good) very good help from Linh Over all I give a 8-9 grade to my experience at this hotel

    We liked the local eateries serving traditional food.

    We liked the local eateries serving traditional food. The locals were the friendliest we have met so far. The area is really chilled and the residents of Dong Hoi seem of a happy disposition. Paradise cave is well worth a visit. Get a private taxi there for 7am opening and you may be lucky enough to have the entire cave to yourself, as we did! Try the eel noodles. If you’re from the UK the eels don’t tast like they do at home, they are meaty and have zero fishy taste or odour. Delicious. If you fancy a craft beer, M Steakhouse has amber ale, stout and pale ale. We went here for a break from Vietnamese food and wasn’t disappointed.

    A long boat ride into the cave followed by a quieter paddling inside. The caves is huge largest I've ever been and very impressive with the structures. After boat ride, we walked a short while allowing to view them up close.

    We loved the caves up in Phong Nha National Park and the whole surroundings. It was a great excursion. We rented scooters in Dong Hoi and drove there. Nature is amazingly beautiful. There is not much traffic, but it's good to be at the Paradise Cave early. When the tour groups arrive, the atmosphere gets destroyed, as everywhere. The boat trip into Phong Nha Cave was nice. There we went later in the afternoon, again because then the groups have gone. We preferred staying down in Dong Hoi because it's more of a local scene there are excellent restaurants in town.

    We have been to Phong Nha many times, 8 times already. We go Phong Nha for a quiet and peaceful time and at the same time you have the opportunity of adventures like visit the biggest cave in the world (booked in advanced)

    It is a stop off spot to go to Phong Na and other points, but the city is very charming, not very touristy. We loved it - go to the street market, the tree hugger cafe and seafood stands on the beach.
