The staff were very helpful, and the breakfast buffet was of high quality. Room was very comfortable, and thankfully it had windows which opened, which we appreciate for fresh air during the night. Location was excellent, near a beautiful lake for evening walks.

The proprietor, Michael, is a super nice, helpful guy (although English is limited, easy to communicate with). Comfortable place, even if a bit older. Well equipped. Minibar and water bottle refills a nice touch. Great location. If you are looking for a break from the beaten path, Tuyen Quang a nice reprieve.
