- From US$117.30 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 9.3Superb - What previous guests thought, 327 reviewsAll the luxuries of a cottage stay combined with being in the outdoors. In short: glamping. The fireplace is huge and allow for a proper campfire. There are numerous tents, but set quite apart so that you have your privacy. The of our veranda looked right out into the bush. Clean swimming pools. The host was very friendly and forthcoming.Guest review byPhillipGermany
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 8.6Fabulous - What previous guests thought, 135 reviewsIt was self-catering, and they had everything you needed – cups, glasses, knives, pots, and even a one-plate stove. The braai stand is perfectly placed so it doesn’t block your view of the animals when they wander by. Getting wood, charcoal, or ice is super easy – just a quick phone call, and you're sorted!Guest review byWilmaQatar

Dinokeng is a bit disjointed and its not easy to find your way around - even with the map provided. We were not lucky enough to see the big 5. The brewery is worth a visit! Not much game in the self drive area.Guest review byCarolSouth Africa - 8.0

I liked the hot tub and relaxing and listening to the sounds of the wildlife such as the Jackels calling and the whooping of the hyenas. Also, just the general sounds. There are also a variety of birdlife that come through. I enjoy the tranquillity especially in the early morning.Guest review byTrevorSouth Africa - 6.0

The park is structured very differently to others we have visited with more than half it seems labelled no entry private property and therefore inaccessible. We saw game on the roads around the actual access gates and nothing in the reserve itself. The accommodation options are geared to a relaxing bush getaway with the game spotted on route a bonus - definitely not a Pilanesberg or Kruger experience but offers an abundance of accommodation and dining options. Conservation and self-drive fees are applicableGuest review byMichelleSouth Africa - 10.0

The room is tastefully decorated with very comfortable beds and beautiful linen. Spacious inside, well equiped and beautifuk bathrooms. The outside kitchen is fantastic, more than enough cutlery to host your neighbours and friends. Proper cutlery and crockery is supplied. The Boma area is fantastic, with all you need, honestly the owners thought of everything. We lacked nothing. PS Wood and Ice was only a phone call and 3 minutes away, anytime of day. The shop is well stocked with everything that you could have forgotten about. I can recommend this lodge to anyone needing a bush break, you will be pleasantly surprised Lastly, very central to Dinokeng with many activities and restaurants close byGuest review byShaunSouth Africa - 6.0

Personally we didn't get to see many animals which was disappointing but it may just have been our bad luck because other people we know saw plenty. The grass was very long in places which made it almost impossible to see any animals.Guest review byBruceSouth Africa - 10.0
