They are not available from around, meaning that those from afar will cost you more than anticipated because they are private booking shuttles, not cab services. I have been visiting the place quite often and each time has a different experience. Some visits were more pleasant than others but again the units have different hosts nd hostesses and so is their professionalism when dealing with guests. I can't let 1 bad experience ruined everyone's chance of visiting the place because Sibaya has amazing units, very private and your safety is of utmost importance to them. Checkers and Checkers Liquor are just a walking distance away to some and just a door step away from other properties. Honestly there's nothing to change there everything is just too perfect. We arrived late and guess what the security from the gate welcomed us with a great smile, he even called us by names which clearly tells us that they care about their clients. They helped us carrying our luggage to the room, when we got to the room WOOOW it was 100% on point, very clean and the location is great. Lovely sea views.Nice balcony and deck area. We didn’t have enough hot water in the mornings and evenings for 8 people to shower. We saw lots of red ants along the stairs, the housekeeper sprayed the area but they were back the next day. Large fish tank in lounge area is empty and doesn’t look very nice. I got scammed by the host of this apartment.
I got scammed by the host of this apartment. Before I got to 10th Heleza Blvd, I called the host 19 times and none of my calls were going through. I even tried calling with my other friends phone but the calls were still not going through yet all my messages were going through which meant that his phone was on. Once I got to the apartment the security guards didn't not have my booking details on their system and the security guards also tried calling him with their landline but the calls were also not going through.
