Elephant House is a tranquil gem set in lush gardens with a real charm and incredible staff. It could not have been more relaxing, we did not want to leave. We booked to base ourselves here for a trip to Addo elephant park which was a short drive away. In the game drive we had an unforgettable experience getting prime viewing spots of the herds of elephant as well as black rhino and hyena encounters. Our guide Alan was great, so friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely stay again if we’re in the area. The owner, Clive, could not have been more accommodating. We loved it here.

Chicane Cottage is conveniently located 15 minutes from Addo Elephant. The cottage is well-equipped, well-decorated, and quiet, with a tramboline for children. Breakfast is plentiful and very good. But above all the owners are very kind, attentive and full of care. We loved our 3 night stay.

The B&B is situated close to Addo. The house is very big, including a very spacious “living room” in which guests can sit down. The room was also very spacious and had a lovely patio. Everything was clean and tidy. Our highlight was definitely the home cooked 3-course dinner prepared by the hostess Priscilla. The food was absolutely fantastic, some of the best lamb we’ve ever had.

Location is great. Functional unit. What you need. Close to Addo. Sat and saw game from the stoep. So quiet. Loved it.

We loved our stay at Harmony, was a nice ending of our South Africa trip! Tent was clean and nicely decorated, had a great view, and outdoor shower was a treat. Mike and Marietjie are really nice host. They gave us tips on visiting Addo. We also went to Daniell Cheetah project nearby based on their suggestion and it did not disappoint. The homemade dinner/braai was delicious! I would recommend this place if you visit Addo area. Thanks Mike and Marietjie for all the nice conversation also :) Erik&Amanda

The Stellenhof guesthouse near Addo was the perfect location in our plan to have some game drives in and around the Addo Elephant Parc. The family domain is very well maintained and hyper clean! The staff is very friendly and does do all they can to make it a perfect stay. We were also lucky to be able to have our dinner at the farm, which was very nice. Special kudos goes to Jeandre for her support on all our inquiries & to Ntosh, the always happy lady making sure everything runs smoothly. We can only recommend this guesthouse to everyone!
