Friday and Saturday there were many people who came to party at the restaurant, but the rooms were very quiet they are located on a different side of the hotel, and liked the lively evening atmosphere very much!

We had a wonderful stay and loved the apartment. It was perfect for us on holiday with our baby - after she went to sleep (cot provided) we spent the evenings on balcony overlooking the sea. There's a great gas braai available to use. The apartment is very spacious and homely.

The location is beautiful and the beach was amazing but the unit we stayed in was very disappointing and check out was not told to us and only 10 minutes before check out the lady came knocking at the door saying we need to leave in 10 minutes but I asked her the place is not neat so she said the dishes need to be washed and there was a dishwasher there but it was not working and the place needs to be cleaned but now I checked on my invoice of the place I payed 550 for cleaning fee which I thought was a damaged deposit. I don't think no one should visit this unit until they have new management and sort the bathroom out, fix the kitchen cupboards, sort the outside braai place, fix the dishes washer and clean the cupboard in the rooms.

The house is clean and welcoming, everything work properly electric wise. Their bedrooms in good condition, the couch, kitchen Woow 👍.
Choose Blue hive guesthouse if you want to relax enjoy your holiday. Places like Wild coast sun if you have children for play park, Casino for restaurant of your choice and the games etc. And it's 10 min drive.

It was my first time in Shelly Beach.
It was my first time in Shelly Beach. My fiancé has been there many times. That's why he suggested it. As we were there for his vacation from work.
I would highly recommend the area as it is really beautiful there. Most of the people are friendly and we made new friends so easily.

While we are not so young anymore, we have known Southbroom from days of old, when the road took us through Michael - on -Sea, Manaba Beach, etc. It caters well for all ages. So close to the Wild Coast, Crocodile Farm.

It is a great place ,not busy so its a great escape especially if you love nature and water like I do ,shops and restaurants are also reachable in few minutes,there a numerous activities one can get up to like hiking ,boat cruising etc,it is one good romantic get away one could experience at any season,am heading back soon😊

Proper information should be clearly visible on the beach to warn holiday goers of the threat of E-Coli and that people may get sick.
Uvongo to stay in is great as it is centrally located, but if you are a beach lover, rather go to any of the other beaches south of Ramsgate.

Lovely and peace full just sad that the ocean was contaminated by sewage and the lifegaurd called us out the water to prevent us from becomming sick.
My wife accidently swallowed water and became sick because of the ecoli in the water.
We felt safe the people were friendly the food was great and the apartment was very nice thank you we spent most of the time on the balcony looking at the ocean.
We enjoyed our stay and will visit again next year but for longer.

The beach was beautiful and I enjoyed the privacy it offered
The area does not offer much in terms of convenience stores where one would have to ensure they're fully stocked up on essentials before check-in to reduce the lengthy drive in an unfamiliar area.

The gardens were well kept and beautiful an extra treat being able to walk around the farm. The house we stayed in was lovely, beautifully and interestingly furnished. The drive and viewing point to the Oribi Gorge was fantastic. My only (not important negative) is only 1 bathroom.
