Only issue I can think of was the breakfast room was so busy, but having said that, there were plenty of other places to eat your breakfast if you needed to.

We arrived early and were allowed to check in with no issues. The room was lovely with wonderful mountain views - clean, modern and the balcony was a pleasant addition. Dinner was very nice, well cooked and the lady serving us was extremely pleasant. Breakfast was little hectic - but all the same, no issues or complaints about the food - a good start to the morning. There is a honesty bar which is well equipped should you need it.

Great location, a stones throw from the train station. Breakfast was great - a good variety of food, coffee very yummy. They lent us bikes which wast fabulous. Beds comfortable, rooms clean and nicely decorated. Very quiet. We'll definitely return :)

Front desk staff were a little distant, the kitchen staff was friendly and accommodating I was not impressed by the up and down stairs to my bedroom - the lift was only on the main building

The room I paid had a broken AC. Fortunately they had a room we could switch, but was smaller and without the balcony. And there was another traveller complaining about the broken AC at the same time.

Great location to start your day, free private parking. Choose the balcony room as the view to Mt Pilatus is stunning.

The room we had was directly facing the main road, which can be quite busy during the day. Even though the windows could damp the noise fairly much, you can still hear the traffic clearly. Nontheless, we had no problem resting at the place, be aware if you are sensitive to sound.

The hotel itself is located very conveniently, only a few minutes walk from the nearby train station, which is only 2 stations away from Luzern HB. The room is rather compact but fully equipped with high quality furnitures. The first floor has a public terrace with view of Mount Pilatus, which is a nice area to relax on a good weather. The breakfast is included and it was a pretty decent buffet with various choices of bread, cheese, cold meat. In general we enjoyed our stay in the lovely hotel.

We booked this hotel last minute due to a disastrous experience with our booking in Lucerne, and it far exceeded our expectations. Beautifully maintained facilities, our room had a view of Pilatus, really good breakfast spread and great staff! Highly recommend staying here.

Lift only works in the new part of the building. For the old part of the building you have to carry your luggage up 2-3 flights of stairs.

We did not meet any staff. Our AC stopped working but we did not meet the reception staff during our stay to get it fixed.

We had a very good stay, staff seem to be a bit stressed but helpful and friendly. the room we stayed is has low ceiling, 2 meters. Very close to the lake and the forest, perfect for morning run.

The food (breakfast buffet) was a bit disappointing. It was mostly just 3 cheeses and 3 meats, and then some other "deserts" options such as breads and jams and cereals etc... Not much of the "real food", wasn't really nice or filling.
