Great location with amazing views over to the city. Superior room was so spacious and comfy. Had a door between the front door and bedroom so was super quiet

Only the vehicular barrier at the entrance was closed and no staff attended there. I saw many guests like me puzzled it was the GPS mistake to bring us there but the access was blocked.

Despite it being a newer Parador, it maintained the usual space and feel of the more traditional paradors.

Quiet location only 10 mins walk to the centre of Salamanca. Safe parking.

Breakfast is too expensive and the Breakfast Room is too small for the number of guests. Otherwise, no complaints

Rooms are excellent. The hotel is well placed just outside the centre, with super views. Staff are very friendly. This is our third stay, which speaks for itself, I suppose.

Breakfast was good but very expensive.

The Parador was much nicer than we expected from the pictures of the building. We had a spacious and comfortable room with an amazing view of the city. It was a pleasant walk into the centre across Puente Romano and nice to have easy parking and no need to use the car. The swimming pool was good, and luckily it was still open. (It closes in mid-September).

Little to complain about.

Spacious hotel and room with easy and pleasant access to city across historic footbridge. Good parking on hotel grounds. Staff spoke English so check in was easy. They had swimming pool although we did not use it. Large and powerful shower.

Great standard of accommodation and service - huge room and bed - excellent location a short (but steep) walk across the Roman bridge to the heart of the city - the art deco / nouveau museum just across the river is really worth a visit - free parking is a bonus.

We did not like that this parador had the same menu as the day before at the parador in Zafra.Also evening meal we could not book until9.00 which is very late as we arrived at 3.45 and missed lunch.

Fabulous location. The hotel is modern compared to a lot of Paradores but it looks across to Salamanca cathedral. Staff lovely and rooms as you would expect.

Located across valley from Salamanca old town. Minimum 20 minute walk

It would be nice to have a kettle/tea making facilities in the room, but I appreciate that it is not the UK.

A beautiful building, it felt very spacious and special. Our room was right by the lift but we didn't hear a sound. We walked into the town following the path behind the hotel and had a lovely evening wandering about in the beautiful old town. Would stay here again

It was all great

On this visit I paid extra for breakfast and dinner, both were great. Parador hotels have really got their act together for motorcyclists. They realise that we’ll arrive dehydrated and encumbered with safety clothing and luggage. Every time I’ve stayed with them they given me a room very close to the main reception lift. The highest quality rooms, blasting cold air con and they give you 2 cards so you can leave that running while not in your room. Staff are excellent and really helpful. If you show the courtesy to start each conversation in Spanish, most will ask you which language you prefer and switch to it seamlessly. Their English is way better than my Spanish, for sure. I had one niggle with a junior member of staff on my outbound journey, but found her most pleasant on my return. She’d either had a bad day on our first encounter or management really do take feedback from reviews seriously. Can’t recommend another hotel chain in Spain higher than these. Great value
