Room was an adequate size for a short stay however bathroom was exceptionally small.

Would prefer if the towels were changed every time housekeeping came, not only tidied up and better quality toiletries with variations - not only body wash but also shampoo and conditioner.

Comfortable beds, quiet hotel, staff was polite and the location was perfect!

It’s noisy when people come and go in their rooms. Rooms are very close and the corridor is small - you can hear the people even when they whisper. And most of them don’t :) There is some misunderstanding with booking when you book the room - it shows all rooms even if they don’t fit the number of people you have chosen for the stay and then you may get surprised when you check out with the bill. Children policy is NOT stated so be careful when you book with children - they are getting charged as adult!!!

The location is probably the best in Paris. Staff is very friendly and always available. Rooms are clean. Breakfast is okay.

Our room had some water damage on the wall (probably from the AC unit condensation) and this created a musty smell. But otherwise the room was clean and neat. It’s not fancy but it was a good price in a great area (safe, walkable, close to metro)

Worth noting that the lift only functions from level one not the ground so you do need to navigate about 15-20 steps up to the lift. The air conditioner also made some strange noises. Bathroom a bit pokey. Otherwise great!

The one flight of stairs to get to the elevator . But they do say that in description. We were there when it was hot and the air conditioner wasn’t blowing very cold air.

The lift was very small and the stairs were quite uneven (in keeping with the age of the building!) This was fine for us but perhaps less agile travellers may find that tricky.

Superb location for a first visit to Paris, it was easy to get to and then to find many of the top sights. Our room was comfy and quiet up on the 4th floor. Staff on the front desk were always helpful and friendly.

We stayed 3 days and requested cleaning just once which was not done which caused us to to sit and wait for the cleaner in the afternoon when we just wanted to have a relaxing afternoon escaping the heat. They did apologized and the receptionist brought fresh towels and took rubbish away while we went for dinner.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room where small but nice. When you close window all sound are block out. Beds are very comfortable. Had an air conditioner which was lovely in the heatwave. Basic french breakfast but tasty. Close to Louvre and Sein. Did mostly walked to all main sights. Took metro (close too hotel) to Eiffel Tower. Lots of restaurants and Supermarkets in neighbourhood. You have to leave your key at reception when you go out which we appreciated. Overall good value for money and we enjoyed our stay.

Nothing they can do about this but elevator does not start until Level 1 not ground so when you are carrying two suitcases weighing 25kg each you have to allow for the first flight of stairs. Otherwise quaint and felt like we were in Paris.

Location was excellent. Paris is expensive but for our price point we thought it was good value. Staff very friendly and helpful. Monoprix supermarket just a few minutes walk. Great selection of food and drinks at all price points. Would stay there again for sure. For Kiwis where the money does not go too far we thought we made a good decision.
