The location was very convenient for an overnight stop. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The bar area was great very atmospheric. The only issue was that there wasn't an alternative to the valentines special for the children.

The dark reception area. The swimming pool closed. The very old towels, like thin rags. The food in the restaurant was very poor, steak was tasteless, the chips were very odd and I think the beige blob was vegetable but uneatable. The staff were not interested. The restaurant was empty.

It was very hot in the building and no air conditioning, felt like being in a sauna. Also one of the bathrooms the showerhead wasn’t attached to the wall and there was no shower curtain which made it quite difficult to shower.

To be fair, I think we were literally the only clients that night. But absolutely no-one around on arrival. Had to ring and wait some time. We had to pay before she gave the key, and then we never saw her again. If we had a problem, not sure if anyone was there overnight. The room was very very basic, the double bed small .

The location - fabulous. The building exterior- beautiful. The bathroom in our room - lovely. The restaurant-waitress was super, really chatty & friendly and our food was delicious.

On entering the hotel it was very dark and on entering our room it was so 'dated', embossed magnolia painted walls, avocado bathroom suite, NO AIR CONDITIONING. Room size was good although furnishing was minimal.

Family room had strange set up, 2 doubles and a single, instead of say a double and three singles. Bed's were not child friendly as the had no sides and young children could easily fall out in their sleep. No Aircon. Service was a little slow and surly.

Generous Buffet Breakfast at €9 per adult. Good location. Quiet at night.

Can be noisy it’s close to a main road. Rooms are very old fashioned in their furnishings.

Convenient location for stop over en route to south of France. Ample free parking. Dog friendly. Close enough the lake, Troyes and other interesting towns for brief visits. Hotel & Restaurant staff very welcoming and friendly.

Reception is tired and belies the clean and fresh bedroom.

Emergency stop over after our van broke down and was towed to the garage around the corner. Comfortable, clean room with a great shower. Possibly THE best and most French meal ever in their restaurant next door - 4 courses for €35. Pool looked lovely too but didn't get chance to use it as my swimming costume was stuck in the broken van! Close enough to walk to the nearby lake which is beautiful . And Troyes is only a short distance away. Would stop again - only a short distance from the autoroute.

The rooms need to be brought back to life. A new management could do wonders with that place but guessing that it's a family business and hanging in there.

In the room, there were many insects (mosquitoes...) there was a lack of mosquito nets in the room. It was too hot in the room when there was no air conditioning or fan.

Some Logis have offered a complimentary water, tea making facilities and a mini fridge. While we don't expect all those things , they are very welcome for travellers. Our main disappointment was dinner. All lovely except the steaks ( E25) each were cooked to a frazzle, although we asked for medium rare ( a point) ! But the starter and the wine were very good and portions were generous.

The hotel is conveniently situated for driving towards Mont Blanc. The room was comfortable and clean, bathroom had a lovely shower. There was a super pool to use.

The rooms were like ovens and extremely hot to the point it was impossible to sleep and uncomfortable to be sat in. I booked the room to get a nights sleep on my journey across France, I didn’t manage to get any sleep. The breakfast offering was very poor and I didn’t bother to eat (paid €10 for nothing)

The most unwelcoming shabby hotel we have ever stayed in. Faulty towers with zero charm and humour. Apart from the 2 members of staff mentioned the rest had zero sense of any idea of hospitality.

The room wasn't as clean as expected, and the reception was unwelcoming, particularly from the manager. The decor could be updated (avocado suite) and it’s very dark with the light flickering constantly. Breakfast was poor quality: stale buns and croissants, not much choice overall. The biggest issue was being charged 160 Euros through Booking.com, while the hotel's advertised price was only 128-135 Euros. Despite questioning this, they refused to honor the lower price. They claimed that the higher rate was to cover Booking.com charges. This is the first time I have encountered this.

Great stop off on way south from Chunnel. 4 hours including dog stops! Very friendly staff and excellent quality restaurant. Note the best steak is the faux filet rather than the entrecôte!

Due to having a dog with us, we asked for a room handy for the garden. We were given a soleless room on the 3rd floor, small with just a tv - no paintings, pictures or any extras. we could have stayed in a formula 1 hotel for half the price. Dismal place with h ardly any staff. Crazy golf not open - indoor swimming pool empty.
