Literally, the only thing that stopped me rating it 10/10 was the beds. We had a double bed on the bottom bunk and a single bed on the top, which was fine for us. However, with every slight movement, the bed creaked and squeaked very loudly. The mattresses are also extremely thin and on metal bed frames, so they are not very comfortable. So we didn't get quality sleep, unfortunately. Otherwise, couldn't fault the stay.

We were really happy with our stay. The location is fabulous, with fantastic views. The staff are so lovely and friendly. The whole place was clean throughout our 2 night stay. The facilities were great, plenty of spaces and places to sit or play. There is plenty of free parking. It really was a pleasant stay.

We were woken up twice during the night as the dustbin truck picked up the rubbish, but can't be avoided if you don't want rubbish build up.

Room was functional and clean, the shower was excellent (super powerful). The staff were really friendly and welcoming. Communal facilities were fine and generally clean.

Very steep walking back from town, I have asthma, got taxi back on third day, snoring was loud some nites, mine to a few said, hot drinks cud be cheaper, be nice if the one bunk bed room was cheaper I mite stay again if it was, my foot was sprained by the cobbles in town by 5th day so I left on Tuesday instead of Wednesday,

Great facilities, roomy, and very friendly staff. Room was exceptionally clean. Got a quadruple room with ensuite for a family of three, didn’t feel much like a hostel. Well equipped self service kitchen open 24hours and free onsite parking makes this accommodation perfect when on a budget
