Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Very convenient location with free parking in a private lot right behind the hotel. Since it was raining heavily when we arrived, we really appreciated that. Downtown Cork is an easy 5-minute walk away. The room is enormous and looks newly renovated. The smart TV was nice to have. We were very comfortable here and would definitely stay again.

We were upgraded on arrival and the room did not disappoint. The extra large room and bathroom were well appointed and looked recently renovated. The location was ideal, being only a 5 minute walk to attractions, Pubs & Restaurants. The free on-site parking was very convenient and secured. As a couple travelling, we would not hesitate in staying at The Lancaster Lodge again.
