The room was well laid out and very clean. Everything you might need for a stay was there. Although the neighbourhood looks a bit industrial, close the curtains and it is great.

It’s on the street and sunlight in summer makes us awake till late night and very early in the morning. I need to close the curtain for privacy and protect light while I need cold weather and air for freshness coming in as no air conditioner in the room.

Good facilities and clean, and a milk in the refrigerator is very thoughtful and helpful when all stores are closed at evening.

The apartment entrance butts right up to the parking lot, so there is no place to sit outside.

The apartment was cute and clean. Walking distance to restaurants and a brewery by the water. The shower was huge and very relaxing. They had a travel crib available for our young son.

This did not bother us bcs we stayed only one night. The town is small and all is sort of mixed. Next to and across these lovely apartments are industrial type businesses.

Modern, clean, in center of this small town. We walked to restaurants and waterfront. If we were staying longer the fully equipped kitchen would be useful for taking a break from eating out. Owner/manager was helpful. He messaged us ahead of our arrival with instructions and helpful information.

Lack of instructions to use the stovetop. The glass-top hot plate was ‘locked’. Locking the door was difficult without instructions as well. Took 20 minutes to realize the handle must be lifted.

Centrally located, good sized room with kitchenette and shower room - very clean and comfortable - close to other buildings so can get a bit of noise from people coming and going - but great value for money

What a lovely little apartment in Höfn. This place was spacious, came with an array of cooking utensils, was clean and homely with candles. The apartment was close to the ocean and really close to a great little swimming pool which you could walk to. I would definitely stay here again and wish we booked it for longer! Checking in: Super easy process. Given a code to get the key that opened the apartment. This code was given well in advance.

It would be nice to have sheers on the windows so you can have natural light with some privacy for the ground (1st) floor rooms.

This is a basic apartment. It was what we expected - clean, with good space and comfortable bed. Pictures on booking.com are accurate. The hostess left us a bag of coffee for the french press, but we didn't find it till too late :) Hofn is a working port town and the neighborhood doesn't look like much, but the whole town is like that.

Soundproof is a bit poor. Toilet bowl a bit high for short people.

Convenient location, room and bathroom are spacious, facilities provided are sufficient, bed is comfy.

Would recommend providing more directions such as how to lock the door (had to call host), how to turn on the stove (had to google), check out instructions.

The sign above our room caused confusion about our room being the office. Pretty minor inconvenience.

Located nicely for many attractions and there were a number of food choices that were excellent. Had a minor issue with door (because I didn’t understand the handle lift to lock) and they graciously showed me what to do. There was fridge and stove, though we did not use.
