The seal on the doors isn't very closed, which lead to multiple types of bugs/millapedes coming in while we were there. Also the beds are very hard so you feel the springs in your back all night.

The pool hours, would be awesome if during the hot days the pool was opened longer and also swimming caps be provided. I appreciate the cleanliness, less hairs in the pool but I didn't want to purchase a cap.

Room was small and without any window, no net in the door to be able to get fresh air and prevent mosquitos. Breakfast was not self service and we had to ask for each menu items.

The location is perfect close to the beach and town, the campsite offers a lot of shadow. The swimming pool is a great option and the restaurant offers a great variety of delicious Sicilian dishes with reasonable prices.

Shower in the room. The attitude towards foreigners. Ants in the bedroom.

The camping villa is MAINLY AND ONLY FOR ITALIANS. No one else. We felt quite left out. People do not speak English. Neither in the town. It was me and my little girl (9yrs). No one did not even bother to speak with us, instead we were watched like an attraction on the site. The shower in the bathroom is extremely NOT comfortable. We also had ants in the bedroom. Wifi is allowed only 1 hour free out of 24 hours. On our last day we had to leave early to get the flight. We asked to get our breakfast in a take away bag ( mainly cakes) because the restaurant wouldn't be open. They put prepackaged toast slices, mini boxes with Nutella and jams, yogurt pots and so on. No spoons, no spread cutlery. Perhaps I had to eat the yogurt with my fingers. People in town are rude as well. Avoid if you are not Italian.

We had the option with breakfast included. The first days were okay, we had smiling people serving and a open buffet breakfast. Then as other guests left, we found rather not happy to serve faces, no more open buffet but the rests from the other days left at out table. When I mentioned that the fruit salad must be gone bad because it tasted strange, I got the answer "no, we made it yesterday, here everything is fresh." which I found rather strange as an answer to a client. We paid almost 650e for 6 night stay with a 3 y-o kiddo, I think it is very expensive for what it is.

the location is very nice, still the price is too high for what the facilities and the service is. the cleaning ladies are very cheerful and kind. also the guys in the supermarket very helpful. they were kind enough to bring us the coffee after the official end of the breakfast (whish is too early anyway 9h15)

Music at the swimming pool was very very loud. The restaurant staff did not understand English and were not very customer friendly if you wanted to ask a question about the food on the menu (this was the restaurant). There was a supermarket but it did not have any cold drinks (water, soda, beer) in the fridge. There was a very limited supply of toys to buy for the swimming pool. Entertainment was awful and very loud!

Great swimming pool with lots of chairs and shady areas. Clean surroundings. Very clean room, great cleaning service of rooms, fresh towels every day. Great breakfast! The bar was great and had a good selection of snacks, sandwiches and ice creams. The facilities were always clean!

Rooms were outdated, air conditioning leaked, mattress was extremely poor quality did not get good night sleep. When we managed to fall asleep the housekeeper woke us up knocking on our door. Swimming pool was only available when wearing swimming a cap which is not ideal on a holiday. Staff were not nice asked us to pay £50 deposit for tv remote from the room ???

Beacause it is not a hotel, you can’t manage the noise level. Some people next door had a party late in to the night.

having a nice big pool although it was very cold, and the resident cats were so sweet.

The room is very small and the beds are really uncomfortable. The swimming pool is huge and deep but the lifeguard won't let you dive in (which is kind of fair enough) or even jump in. You have to have an inflatable of the only specific type that the lifeguard says and can't even just mess around a bit with your kids. The table-tennis table is old, cracked and covered in bird poo. The Italian kids had no interest in including British kids in the activities. The staff on the front are ok but the others are openly hostile. The breakfast was terrible - truly terrible.

The best thing about staying here is the location; very close to a good beach.
