Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

PortugalThe staff was exceptionally helpful and kind, including the cleaning lady who was extremely kind. Even after we checked out, they allowed us to store our luggage at the hotel until 4:00 p.m. Our rooms were cleaned daily. The breakfast was good, though it could have from more variety. The hotel’s proximity to the beach was a major plus. We enjoyed Rimini; it’s a vibrant city.

ItalyWhen we arrived nobody was there for the check-in and even after ringing the bell we had to wait for about half hour before anyone came. When the lady came we asked her about the keys she said that we could either keep them or leave them because the reception was open 24 h. However, considering how long we waited for the check in, we decided to keep them because how were we supposed to know no-one would pick our keys and get in our room? Another reason is the fact that you can't leave anything charging in the room when you leave because with the keys comes the one that turns on the electricity in the room. However, even though we were told we could keep the keys, when we were coming back from dinner we were scolded by a man at the reception for keeping the keys. That really wasn't nice as we asked in advance. Perhaps the staff should have a meeting about the hotel policies so that everyone gives the same answers.
The lady that did the check in was very nice and explained everything to us, how they have discounts for a specific beach ecc. The room was ok and had an extra bed for some reason. The breakfast was decent.
