High-level staff from the manager to the last employee. Everything you need is there before you ask for it. Special thanks to the manager, Mr. Zak, and Zenouba, who made us feel like family and made our stay in the best way. It will undoubtedly become my go-to hotel in Marrakech. note that any assistance you request, the entire staff will move to help you, even if it is outside the hotel's services.

Some more variety at breakfast would be great, and be aware that if your child is <10 years old, they may not be able to ride all the slides. There were also some incidents at night when other guests and cleaning staff were being a bit loud, but nothing that Zack from guest relations didn’t immediately take care of. Really can’t complain!

The waterpark was so much fun for the kids! The food was really good compared to most other all inclusives I’ve stayed at, and the staff was very friendly and forthcoming. There were photographers who followed us around to take our pictures and they turned out amazing! The free shuttle into town was great as well, and we overall enjoyed our stay so much and wish it had been longer!

The hotel is a bit outdated. Sometimes the rides were left unguarded. The food was overall disappointing except for one night out of three when it was really good.

The water park is fantastic with lots of rides. The staff is extremely attentive. It was both very relaxing and thrilling. It's good value for money. We liked it.

Everything the hotel offers is impeccable. The work teams, the restaurants, cleanliness and a special emphasis on recreation (Fati, Taoufik and Elyas) are all fantastic!!! Food, pools, toys, everything well thought out and to please all families. We are Brazilians and we feel immensely loved here!!! It was amazing!!! It's 10/10 for sure!!!!

The food, was the best I ever had, the variety and fresh and all looked very organic. There was UNLIMITED drinks, juices, . The place is clean and lots space for kids to play. Life guards all over the place to keep kids safe. The place is too beautiful and perfect for families with kids.

The entrainment crew was not great, we missed the old crew with Oussama. Also I wish the prices for the night will be lower so we can stay longer and I enjoy more.

Every time I stay there I enjoy it so much. The staff makes our stay exceptional, they are very welcoming, helpful and so much fun. Big appreciation to Sara who made sure our stay was phenomenal. Zack also was great.

There was no evening entertainment.

Everything was wonderful. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Special thank you Sara and Abderrazak. The food was excellent with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The rooms are spacious and cleaned everyday. We highly recommended it.

Some pools need a little maintenance. For snack time, it could have fruits as option too.

The staff is very sympa, even the ones that don't speak English, they try to help. Many pools and slides which are great and different options. Food is very diversified, especially at dinner. Everything was very good and we recommend it.

Staff were extremely friendly, helpful and polite. Ahmed brought our bags to the room and remembered my daughters name and greeted us every time we met him. Khadeja and Rachida cleaned our room to a very high standard every day. All the animation crew were amazing always in top form working day and night with a smile and great fun. The cleaners and gardeners were always working. The restaurant staff were highly efficient. The facilities are great for families from babies to teens and grown ups. Food was nice. Excursions to do quad biking and camel riding was a highlight with private transfer. Would definitely recommend.

Having access to the waterpark was the absolute highlight for our child — she loved it so much! The kids’ activities and the nightly show were fantastic and kept everyone entertained. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay! The pool near the dining area was perfect — the kids could splash around while the parents enjoyed their meals worry-free. Zac and Yousef were incredibly helpful, making sure everything was taken care of. Truly zero complaints!

The staff were all so friendly and welcoming, it made my stay very enjoyable. I wanted to give a special shout-out to Nora for going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable including Sara . Chef Kamal and The restaurant staff were very attentive and Younes the afternoon staff was very professional and courteous throughout my stay.
