The cleanliness of the shower could be improved, especially the shower curtains were a bit dirty.

The service of the couple who owns it was outstanding - they are super friendly and 24/7 available for help. The laundry service was amazing and very fast.

Didn't like that I had to pay xtra for one (1) scrambled egg,or additional breakfast items.

Very Centrally located accessible by taxi, 10 min walk uphill from the Plaza de Armas, they made the beads and cleaned the room daily. Additional charge for eggs made to order. Helpful and friendly personnel.

Don’t signup for tours through Kurumi

Do NOT signup for any tours through the property (and I’d hazard to say any other hotels either). Look for tour companies with storefronts/physical locations. I signed up for a few tours through Kurumi: first one was more than 75 minutes late, another one was almost TWO HOURS late. No sort of refund or apology given. Can’t complain about the tour companies online because they have no presence (Trip Advisor), so unfortunately I have to run Kurumi’s name through the mud. The free Breakfast was sparse.

Location was excellent. It’s up the hill a bit, but not enough to be completely winded. Although take your time if you just ate! Staff great! Hot water and spacious showers.

The actitud of the owner was poorly once we arrived. After expending some days in the hostel, we managed to understand each other. Anyway, she was quite hard to deal sometimes but, also profesional. In the nights, the cold water doesn’t run (just hot), so you have to take a shower better in the morning.

The location and the price that was just for a private room (for being Cusco, as prices are quite high in the city).

Wifi worked well for the most part but was sometimes a bit choppy. Breakfast was very basic and repetitive. They don't give guests a key to the front door, so you have to ring the doorbell and wait a few seconds or minutes till someone opens the door, which can be a bit annoying.

Very good location within walking distance to San Blas viewpoint and the main square. A bit of a climb but good to burn calories and adjust to the altitude. My room was big and spacious although a bit dark and cold. They provided warm blankets in any case. Good value for money. They let me keep my luggage during the 4-day Salkantay trek free of charge.

I arrived at 10:30pm after a late flight. The check out was at 9am, the staff gave me until 9:30, but still… it’s too early to ask people to leave when paying more than 100 soles for a room.

Staff were very nice and the room was a good size with a good view.

The only drawback was on some of the cold nights there was no heating. However I feel this is the norm in some South American countries.

It was close to the historic center. Grocery stores and restaurants in proximity. Our room had a lovely view. The room was bright and cheerful. The attending staff very helpful. The property taken care of and secure.
