The location is fantastic. Just a few minutes from the old town and there is tram that runs by the same road. Very nice place as well. Comfortable bed, great kitchen and a spacious bathroom.

All was perfect for me, 60+ person of average size and mobility. As noted by others, the shower may not be suited for someone who is mobility impaired or is plus-sized.

Great location, very quiet and secure behind a locked courtyard. A generous sized room with fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and very basic kitchen items. Any small issues were arrended to very promptly.

So close to the tram, you can hear it even though you close the window, please bring your earplug. No A/C (but that’s typical European thing) The pictures look better than it actually is.

There was no shower gel, even if in the reservation confirmation it was written that it was provided. There was an unpleasant smell in the bedroom.

The apartment is in a strategic place and it is possible to reach the city centre and the train station with a quick walk. Communication with the host was clear and simple.

There is a kebab shop downstairs and the smell is quite disturbing. The apartment is a bit small for 3 people and the beds are uncomfortable :(

It was a bit smaller than I expected but the price matched the experience. It served well for the intended stay.

Good location for sightseeing. Easy to find, good communication with the owner. The room was clean and had all the basics that you might need to spend a day or two in the city.

The only minus of the stay was getting woken by bin collection after 7 , I understand the job , but after long nights you would like to sleep in .

Location, right outside the old town, easy to commute to major city attractions. You can enjoy old town at night and get home within minutes, Shops , and restaurants are just outside. Beautiful place, if I ever come back to Krakow , I'll definitely come back here. highly recommended!

I was in apartment number 9, there are different appartment below and upperas well! It is in the 2 floor. It has very seeeeeeeeep stairs. Going to without elevator was like hell especially with large bags and old people with you. That was very big disadvanatge.

The place is nice and very near to old city. The place is well equiped. Bathroom was good with shower. There are many restaurants and places around and even a mini market. The owner was helpful and responsive.

Apartment is a bit small and could use little touch up but didn't affect our stay becouse we spent all day exploring and mostly used it for sleeping overnight.

Great apartment with great location close to old town. Host are brilliant. Got us a birthday cake for my son while we were away on a day trip. Location nice and quiet so you don't feel like you are so close to city centre. Got a secure lock box right outside your door so you don't need to take key with you and worry about loosing it.

A bit tired. Very squeaky floors and beds. But, given the value, easy to overlook.

Fantastic location, easy walk into the main square. Lovely big rooms. Was excellent value for money for 5 of us sharing. Great view out of main window. .

Very good location, few minutes walk from main square in old center. Good cleaning. The apartament covers all basic necessities: hot water, clean sheets, towels, internet. Overall great value for the money

The shower is too small, it would be awkward for a bigger body. And there is no sink in the kitchen corner, you have to wash the dishes in the bathroom sink.

It is very conveniently located, in walking distance from the main station and the old town too. Shops, markets, bakeries close by. We got detailed instructions how to check in, and they were very flexible in checking in earlier. The room has a comfortable size for two people, with enough furniture and space. I liked the big mural on the wall behind the bed, it was a unique touch. The kitchen area had different equipment for cooking, and tableware for two persons. The whole place was clean and well looked after.

Major Safety Concern: Strong gas smell when we tried to use the oven - we immediately turned it off. This needs urgent attention before future guests arrive. Comfort Issues: Uncomfortable beds throughout the apartment No pillows provided (only in one bed) Outdated layout that doesn't match the photos shown online Missing Amenities: No basic toiletries - no shampoo, body wash, No smart TV - limited entertainment options Lack of standard amenities you'd expect for the price Recommendation: Management should address the gas smell immediately for safety reasons and consider updating amenities to match guest expectations. The location is great, but these issues significantly impacted our experience.

We stayed for one night. There was an uncomfortable sofa – my back hurt. But there were also some good beds. What we really didn’t like was the spiral staircase leading to the third floor. It was very inconvenient to go up and down with a suitcase.

Third floor no elevator. No a big problem for me but it would be very difficult to access if you are a person with a disability. Only one medium square pillow. Not enough. I found another one in the closet but is had some funky stains on it so I didn’t use it. The apartment is very dated. Mattress was old and not very comfortable.

The soundproofing could be improved, as we could clearly hear both the neighbors and the passing trams. There was also an unpleasant smell inside the apartment, and the shower was very small.

Excellent location – just a short walk from the city center. We were able to check in an hour earlier than the official time, which was a nice bonus. The small kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed.

The only downside, the floor boards creek when you walk and the neighbours can be loud so keep that in mind if you’re wanting an early night. Bring some earplugs.

A large property, easy to find, a great location walking distance to the old town and public transport. The beds were very comfortable, one in a private room and one in the lounge room with the main Tv and couch and the apartment was clean. I would recommend!

Bathroom is very small, so if the guest is a big person - it can be not very comfort.

Good price for very comfortable location - not far from Krakow Glowny. Very good for 1 night stay before the flight. The apartment has everything for comfort stay. Very detailed instructions from the host about check-in the apartment.
