Our room was facing the street and there were partygoers throughout the night making so much noise! Also, a very small kitchen that only accommodates two people max.

Comfortable beds and good location. Nice little courtyard where we could store our bikes and have an afternoon snack.

Until midnight there's music coming from a building next door - if a guest needs to sleep before 00:00 they should bring ear plugs. There was air blow dryer, no slippers, and no option to request for the room not to be cleaned everyday.

Don’t like having to send a copy of my passport to them in order to get self-checkin instructions. Don’t feel it is safe, wifi not secure in most places. Also needs blackout curtains in room we were staying in. Can see inside with light on in the evening from outside. No staff anywhere during our stay.

It was in a good location, easy to find and pleasant. Definitely hostel style accommodation, basic but fine for a short stay. A room with a bed and bathroom with access to communal facilities.

Lady the assistant and the girl in charge for the rooms and the bedding was absolutely amazing xxxxx. was the most clean and comfortable bedding I ever had. She is carefully hand iron everything and was just amazing to watch. She is so friendly and kind I felt very happy , the property has a kitchen and u can make your coffee and keep your food in the fridge so nice. I believe it’s a very good price so central and very organised x The comunicação it’s excellent..

No staff on duty. As a lone female traveller I do not like being in places where there a men unknown to me wandering about and no staff on call. In future i will always check that an accommodation option has staff. No parking available. Staircase off street so i had to carry my bicicle upa flight of stairs and down a flight of stairs. But i should have asked before booking. It was spotlessley clean.

Our room was all interior so little natural light and ventilation. It was good for a short stay but not for a long one. We had some noise in the room coming from a close restaurant. The staff helped us but didn’t finished until 11:30 pm.

The space was clean an comfortable. It was very close to the places to visit. The staff was helpful and easy to reach. Even if we arrived when the reception wasn’t working they answered our messages right away.

My bedroom smelled a little damp. Maybe they do not need to clean the towels every day, if I am staying two or three days, is comfy but a waste of water.

The place is quiet, close to the center and with free parking near, so it is a good choice to spend some days both for work or for leisure. Beds are comfortable.

In my room the ceiling was partly broken and the circulation of air was quite impossible. The WiFi didn't work well.

The hotel was closed to the city centre and the canal. Around there are supermarkets and restaurants. In the hotel there is a terrace where the clients could socialise. The kitchen was available for breakfast.

There is no receptionist, everything is done by phone, heaven help you if you don't have one. It too three hours and three phone calls to get into our room. The staff at Booking.com not very helpful.

On the first day one of the rooms had a very bad smell of urine in the bathroom and in the other room we found a cockroach.
