It's difficult to find enough words that are fair to describe how incredible and amazing the hotel and staff are. We were looking for some option close to Tirana so we didn't have to go to south of Albania. We then looked for the city of Durres and within all the reviews and also what we searched on Durres we found this hotel option. It's one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in in my life, to be very honest. There is the possibility of hiring a round-trip transfer from the airport to the hotel, which we chose to do. Dori and Ada are very nice and incredibly friendly. Breakfast is prepared per person by the hotel staff and we fell in love with the food, which is very good and tasty. The hotel provides several room type options that you can find on Booking and we start with an accommodation for 3 nights, and we renew it for 2 more nights because we really loved it! The location is impeccable, it's around three blocks from the beach, a beautiful sandy beach with several restaurants in the area, it's only around a five-minute walk between the hotel and the beach, so the location is also a 10 for us. If you have any doubts about it not being so close to the center of Durres, don't worry, it's easy to take a bus, which is super cheap, to go to the center one day, but the beaches in the center, I say from experience, are not good like the one near the Andor Luxury Hotel. Finally, I finish by talking about cleanliness, the hotel is extremely clean, the room, the bathroom, the common areas, everything is very clean and organized, it really is an example of a hotel and we will return without a shadow of a doubt! We would like to thank the entire team as we felt very welcome and loved the experience. ❤️

Beautiful hotel, with lots of parking, about a 10min walk to the old town. The rooms were very comfortable / spacious, amazing shower. The breakfast was varied and the dining area was beautifully decorated. We didn’t use the pool as it was too cold, the area looked very cute. Fabulous staff, especially Ogi, he couldn’t do enough for everyone. I don’t know how the man does all he does!!

absolutely loved this hotel , classy and luxurious . Everything was perfect , wished we stayed longer. Amazing pool with swim up bar, sauna and spa amazing , gym amazing, rooms stunning, breakfast top notch and staff were super nice. Parking was tight but you can pay for a pass to park in their overflow, easy walk into Makarska. Would definitely return

    On the first day we had an issue with the girls in wellness area. But after a complain to the reception the hotel manager (Tamara) called me for a meeting to find out what the problem was. She handled the issue very professionally and the rest of our time we had a very nice stay at the hotel. The hotel is located very good, close to the beach with walking distance to the down town. Staff are very nice. Specially the girls that are seating at the information desk (CG-girls). they are very helpful.

    The property is very clean and is very near to the beach and the lake.They provide a bar and private area near the beach with lounges and Cabanas which you can rent for some extra charge and free beach towels.The room had nice sea view and an exceptional breakfast with lots of options.     Great campsite - has everything you need for a family holiday with children - swings, pools with slides, children's disco, children's playroom. The mobile home had everything we needed , the sea is a 5 min walk away, the beach is very well organised, there are nice places to eat at normal prices and a supermarket.

    Easy transport in the city with bus or Uber. Uber is mostly cheap. Lively and cute old city with nice cafes and restaurants. Has few nice beaches close to the center as well, like Kasjuni. Islands are near by to visit.

    Substantially restored after the war, and taken over by AirBnB's, the true local population has fallen from over 6,000 to under 1,000. As a result it's very pretty but reminiscent of Disneyland or the New Orleans French Quarter: there are few or no local shops and apart from all us tourists everyone is a waiter, a guide or a cleaner. That said, it certainly lives up to its reputation for beauty, and offers a limitless selection of restaurants. It is scrupulously clean, and feels very safe (we did not see a single policeman). Not cheap. Museums underwhelming: partly because the tiny city was blessed with peace under wise rulers for most of its existence, and there is an understandable reluctance to highlight the WWII years. I still felt they could have done a bit more with it.

Fosa in a great location but restaurant is very pricey. Zadar a safe city and people friendly and helpful. Our host family were charming.

    The old town is where most of the nightlife is, lots of bar/ restaurant options. However some are cash only but don't necessarily make this known in advance. Beaches are also very pleasant, only a short distance between the sun loungers and the sea.

    Durres is a city of contrast from the Roman ampitheater to the beach, pool and shopping. Tasting the fresh fish from one of the seafront restaurants is a must but make sure you also fill up on byrek and sufflaqe! Pelikan has lots of amazing cakes for sweet treats, Tropikal resort has an amazing pool you can use for the day (1000leke) and the market is a hidden gem for bargains. The bus from the beach at Plepa along to the city Center gets VERY busy but for 40leke saves the stress of driving and trying to park and everywhere is then just a short walk. We love Durres and will be back.

    Very nice city, with wonderful old town and nice beaches. The restaurants are good as well, and anybody can find something to pass the time. The nightlife is very active, there are many oppurtinites to have a party. Who is looking for a more quiet holiday, they should consider book their aparment away from the city center. The beaches are good but sometimes overcrowded. If you plan to visit other places in Istria, Porec is a good "home base". Everything is 50-70km away.

    Fabulous place to visit, as well as the region of Istria. Full of history, dating back to Roman times. Lovely nearby beaches, plenty of cultural events and fine food. Close to Northern Italy and boat trips to / from Venice and Trieste are worth taking.

    The old town with its Venetian buildings is a delight to explore and watching sunset from the quayside is a popular event for visitors. There are lots of restaurants cafes and bars to choose from and quality dictates price: we found expensive fish restaurants with high end cuisine and also simple pizza places

    We only planned a 2-day trip to Kotor and we were very impressed with the area in general and mainly the Old Town where we based ourselves. One the 2 days we were able to travel up the Cable Car to enjoy a fantastic sunset and spend quality time exploring the Old Town before taking a speed boat trip to Perast and Our Lady of the Rocks. Absolutely spoiled for choice if you enjoy your food as too many cafes/restaurants catering for all and some very large pizza's/pizza slices if you are in a rush or on a tight budget.

    A small, charming town filled with tourists, restaurants, and shops. I’d recommend spending a day and a half to truly take in the atmosphere and history. Consider hiring a guide or using a quality audio tour for a brief but informative overview.
