- From US$328.05 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.9Fabulous - What previous guests thought, 1,428 reviewsThis place was a palace! Enormous rooms (Big for North America, gargantuan for Ireland). Clean, *free cookies*, balcony. Leather wing-back chairs in the bar. The staff treated us like royalty. After we got lost on the way there, the concierge offered to come find us in the dark after give me his personal mobile number! Above and beyond... I could get used to this. I'm guessing this place normally sells for a lot more than we paid, but we booked at about 10 pm the night of owing to running out of our previous hotel which appeared to be unsanitary. Still, maybe if you need the same kind of last-minute accommodations in Cork, you can get the same deal.Guest review byChreeCanada
- From US$258.68 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 9.3Superb - What previous guests thought, 731 reviewsHotel just exceptional ! The hotel is beautiful inside and outside. Hotel is in the front of the sea and there are many beaches near the hotel (less than 10 minutes). We asked a family room and it was noted that there will be no sea view from the room but when we arrived we had our family room with an amazing sea view ! It was very appreciated. The staff members are really friendly, the hotel and room are very clean. Breakfast, restaurant and bar are just outstanding ! An amzing hotel to stay.Guest review byVincentFrance
- From US$439.75 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 9.2Superb - What previous guests thought, 256 reviewsWow what a place. Super helpful upon check-in, we had been delayed by storms in London and they made sure our process was speedy, called the restaurant we had booked ahead of our reservation to warn them we may be a little late, and sorted our taxi ahead of time. We made my wife’s birthday dinner and it was all down to Hayfields staff. Our suite was immaculate, the breakfast was delicious. We would stay nowhere else when repeat visiting Cork as we do. Thank youGuest review byJamesUnited Kingdom

Lots to do around the city and outside.
Lots to do around the city and outside. A lot of gigs and an active night life. A car is a must if you want to see the natural beauty around the city. The city gaol is a must. Very eye opening in a depressing sort of way but really makes you appreciate being born in this century!Guest review byElisaNew Zealand - 10.0

Kinsale is one of my favourite places in Ireland, we love the chilled vibe of the town, the quirky streets and shops, fantastic coffee shops, bakeries, craft shops and of course its famous restaurants. I would recommend the walking Tour (Jason's) that leaves from the Visitor Centre, and the fantastic Harbour Boat Tour, and if your mobile a visit to Cork City and the beautiful and historic town of Cobh.Guest review byDonalUnited Kingdom - 10.0

We were only there 1 night , would like another 24 hours to enjoy a walk or go to spike island. We visited for a 30th birthday part held in the titanic bar. Very young crowd tgere besides party attendeesGuest review byMargaretIreland - 8.0
The whole stay was excellent.
The whole stay was excellent. Eden Crest is outside of the town of Bantry, where the eating places are. Fine if you are a good walker, it’s not too far so it wouldn’t be expensive to get a taxi if you didn’t want to drive in.Guest review byMaryUnited Kingdom - 10.0

Great place to meet true Irish local people once the day trippers had gone home. Try and avoid corporate or chain hotels. Find a pub, or private hotel even a B & B near the Green cum entrance to the CastleGuest review byKenneth - 8.0

We were only passing through and stayed for one night. It's an easy place to find your way around in. Has a number of good pubs for a drink or two and good restaurants. We had an excellent dinner at Salinas Bistro which does a mix of Middle-Eastern and Irish dishes.Guest review byJanetCanada - 10.0

First Class - excellent staff throughout the Hotel - highly professional and friendly with it. Main dining room has to be experienced - attendance is an event in itself. Lovely food served in a timely way. Waiting staff are great to watch at work and they do what they do in a quiet but showy way. Lovely to sit in the hall and enjoy the two log fires and the comfy arm-chairs. A relaxing stay at a lovely hotel in a great location. Old fashioned but we like it that way - no squeaky floorboards - calm and quiet.Guest review byAlasdairUnited Kingdom - 6.0
The proximity to Ballyhass water park was very convenient.
The proximity to Ballyhass water park was very convenient. Unfortunately, the restaurants close very early (between 9 and 10 pm). So it is very difficult to get a decent late meal. We would recommend the Khao Asian restaurant, it was fantastic. We would NOT recommend rhe Hibernian Hotel. The food is absolutely awful.Guest review byColmIreland - 8.0

The Heir Island House and restaurant is the heart of the island .The summer time population is about 130 . Lots of social and sporting events are held on this site . People from all over take the 5 minute ferryboat ride to the island for their delicious homemade pizza . Hiking ,views ,birds and flowers . Everything to love .Guest review byPatriciaUnited States
