Such a vibrant city! Nothing about this stay was good. The staff were unsupportive, unhelpful, and could not communicate in English, making even the simplest requests frustrating. There was no effort to assist guests or provide a pleasant experience. We were in Sakarya last year and visited only the park with the airplane transformed into library and restaurant. Really nice place to visit, also we eat great pide there in the park restaurant. Сool little town with friendly people, different restaurants and cafes, big and small shops, great food market, marina and promenade by the sea. I recommend for a couple of days, also to visit the thermal springs in the mountains once. Get to Yalova by ferry from Istanbul in 1.5 hours.
