The resort is located just a minute away—if not right on—the famous Zlatni Rat beach. The staff was amazing, with excellent communication at the reception and always ready to help with anything. The cleanliness was also 10/10, not only in the rooms but throughout the entire resort, which felt luxurious in every way. Breakfast was well-balanced, offering cooked meals, deli meats and cheeses, desserts, and fresh fruit. The walk to Bol town takes about 20 minutes, but it feels more like 5, thanks to the stunning views of the turquoise waters along the way. The path is well-lit and very safe at night. A big plus: the parking is right inside the resort, allowing us to quickly unpack and head to the beach. The helpful staff assisted us with our luggage and made sure everything was in order for our stay. I highly recommend this resort to everyone. Finally, she agreed to switch me to a tiny, tiny room but the VIEW WAS INCREDIBLE so even though the room was much smaller, I didn't care because the view was worth it! For me, this is simply the best place in Croatia.
For me, this is simply the best place in Croatia. It's smaller than, for example, Makarska, and lacks noisy clubs and loud nightlife, which I consider strong advantages. You can find everything you need: beautiful beaches, bars, snack stands, and upscale restaurants. Initially we thought it was a bit far from Split, but then realised it has a lot to offer (good beaches, restaurants, cafes) and transport into Split is one bus ride. For us it was all we needed - swimming every day in sea and hotel pool, good lunches and dinners in local restaurants, a trip to Split and a trip to the island of Brac for variety. Crystal clear water and you can see straight to the bottom even when it’s deep. The water is so clean it’s almost unreal, like swimming in a giant natural pool. If you love pristine beaches and amazing water quality, this place is absolutely worth it. The only downsides are that getting into the water can be a bit tricky since it’s rocky rather than sandy beaches.
