Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

ThailandSound-proofing does not exist here. We were able to hear big groups running up and down the stairs, arranging furniture in their room(s), etc. We stayed on the second floor though, so those sensitive to noises should try and book the rooms on the upper floors.
Comfortable bed and pillows. You can also request for an additional pillow so this is great for side sleepers. Polite staff, clean bathroom, and warm shower. For the price, we were honestly really impressed.

ThailandAs a design sensitive person I was just wondering how is it possible to fill the whole space with straight lines and angles. Looks like pediatrician cabinet in the hospital. If not the tree opposite the window I was going crazy there very soon. A piece of hand soap in the bathroom and a kettle in the room would be a really nice add on.
Good value for money Minimalistic style - you have everything as a concept (you have a balcony, but you can't sit there, you have a rack for closes, but tiny and so on)
